Like many Glitches in Oblivion Remastered, infinite Magicka one works with a few spells. All you need to do is create a special spell and enchant an item you will always wear. For this, you will need access to the Altar of Spellmaking and the Altar of Enchanting.

By casting the Infinite Magicka spell over and over, you will increase your Magicka. And you can continue this for as long as you want. When you stop casting, your Magicka will become negative. Finally, by equipping an enchanted item, your Magicka will become positive again, and after an hour of rest, it will be fully restored.
