An Elden Ring player has made a highly overpowered build based on the ancient Greek god of thunder and sky, Zeus. Elden Ring has been received as one of the best action RPGs of all time as it provides ample room for players to create a unique character and level up individual attributes based on their playing style. Gamers spend runes on specific characteristics like Vigor, Mind, Faith, Strength, and Intelligence and build their character around them.
Some Elden Ring players prefer strength and melee-based character that uses colossal weapons, while others choose a mage or sorcerer build that relies on magic and spells. At high levels, all builds are powerful, but some tend to be stronger and more formidable than others. For instance, one Elden Ring player created a Toxic PvP build while another made their character that kills Rennala in only a few seconds. Now, another fan has created an overpowered Elden Ring build based on a famous ancient Greek deity.
Reddit user Valpuccio deserves the credit for making a highly overpowered Elden Ring build based on Zeus, the ancient Greek god of thunder and sky. The user uploaded a video that demonstrates the capabilities of their Zeus-based character. The first few seconds of the video show the player character standing idly on a rock, who looks nearly identical to depictions of the Greek mythical figure. Soon, they're invaded by another player and use a couple of buffs, including a rune arc and the Dragonbolt Blessing, which raises resistance to all ailments and improves lightning damage negation.
After buffing themself, Valpuccio shows off their collection of special lightning-based attacks like Ancient Dragons' Lightning Strike, Lightning Spear, and Frozen Lightning Spear. Surprisingly, none of these connect as the Bloody Finger dodges them effectively. The invader's luck soon runs out as Valpuccio pulls out another lightning attack called Ancient Lightning Spear. This time it connects perfectly and kills the opponent in a single strike, dealing massive damage. Ancient Lightning Spear is the default skill on the Bolt of Gransax spear in Elden Ring that players can get in Leyndell after killing the spectral version of Godfrey.
It should be noted that most of the lightning attacks used by the original poster require high Faith attributes. For example, the Ancient Dragons' Lightning Strike incantation requires 26 Faith, while Frozen Lightning Spear users must have at least 34 Faith. So players who want to replicate this Zeus build should invest their runes in leveling up Faith in Elden Ring more often than other stats.
