Village of Flies is one of the newly added areas in the Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree DLC, home to countless Man-Fly enemies. The Village itself is quite small and does not have many items for players to acquire. From the Storehouse, First Floor Site of Grace in Shadow Keep, turn around and go down the elevator you used to reach this Grace. Head past the Red Knight and turn left, ignoring the Shadow Militiamen. There should be a ladder on the left that goes down to a narrow walkway. Ride through the waterfall and head down the ladder to reach a room with a painting. You can roll through the wall on the right to reveal a hidden passage. Proceed forward and interact with the Coffin to be transported.

You can interact with the Lost Grace and summon Torrent to head southeast. The Recluses River Upstream Site of Grace will soon come up. From this Grace, hug the left wall and jump across the gaps. A little while later, you will come across Man-Fly enemies, which will be your cue to jump across to the right side.

Hug the right wall this time, and you will soon reach the Recluses River Downstream Site of Grace. Follow the path on the right until you come across multiple enemies in a somewhat open area. You can head right and arrive at the Village of Flies.

What To Find In Village Of Flies

To the west of the Village, you will come across an altar. Interact and pick up the item on this altar to acquire the Revered Spirit Ash. Turn back and head left up a few rocks. There will be several enemies here, so deal with them and loot the corpse for the Silver Horn Tender.

Go back to the start of the Village and head east, this time to come to an area filled with Man-Fly enemies as well as Shadow Undead enemies who are constantly healing the Flies.

Take down the Shadow Undead enemies first before dealing with the Flies to prevent their healing.

Head to the item near the pots, which is the Man-Fly Ashes. After acquiring the Man-Fly Spirit Ash, go ahead and stick to the left wall to come to another item, which is the Golden Horn Tender.
