How To Get To Ruined Forge Lava Intake
From the Castle Front Site of Grace, summon your Torrent and ride south past the barricade. There should be a few Messmer Soldiers patrolling around the area.
You can deal with them to see if they drop their armor sets or weapons.
After that, head further south, towards the Bloodfiends fighting the Messmer Soldiers. Keep going past them, and soon, you will reach the entrance to the Ruin Forge Lava Intake.

Ride northeast from the Highroad Cross Site of Grace until a path on the right comes up. Take this path and start heading south, past the Messmer Soldier camp. There will be a small body of water with a Giant Crayfish on the right that you can ignore and ride past.
As you ride further south, you will approach the entrance to the Ruined Forge of Starfall Past. Inside the Forge, you can find multiple weapons and a Smithing Talisman.

How To Get To Taylew's Ruined Forge
Start riding northeast from the Moorth Ruins Site of Grace until you reach a water body filled with Blue Worms. There should be a cave to the north with a statue at the entrance with a Scadutree Fragment nearby. Head inside the cave and follow the path until you reach an area filled with Gravebirds. Keep riding west until you reach the Ancient Ruins of Rauh, where a Site of Grace should be ahead of you.
From this Grace head northeast, going past the barricades and the numerous Messmer Soldiers and Misbegotten enemies. Soon, you will come up to the Taylew's Ruined Forge entrance. You can find Taylew the Golem Smith Spirit Ash inside the Forge, which has a very high health pool.
