Elden Ring offers a variety of tools to overcome the challenges you encounter while exploring its gigantic world. You can craft items that exploit enemy weaknesses or even summon spectral spirits, known as Spirit Ashes, to assist you in challenging battles. Like weapons, Spirit Ashes must also be upgraded to make them stronger and ensure their survival in boss fights.
You can upgrade standard Spirit Ashes using Grave Gloveworts, which are found throughout the world, especially in caves and dungeons. Difference Between Great Grave Glovewort & Great Ghost Glovewort
In Elden Ring, you can find two types of Gloveworts: Grave Gloveworts and Ghost Gloveworts. These are akin to the Smithing Stones and Somber Smithing Stones, which are used to upgrade standard and special weapons, respectively. Similarly, Grave Gloveworts are used to upgrade standard Spirit Ashes and Ghost Gloveworts upgrade renowned/elite Spirit Ashes.
Spirit Ashes can be upgraded to a maximum level of +10, and the final upgrade requires the rare variant of these Gloveworts: Great Grave Glovewort for standard Spirits and Great Ghost Glovewort for renowned/elite Spirits.
Great Grave Glovewort - Location 1
You can find five Great Grave Gloveworts on the Cerulean Coast and one of them can be obtained from an underground tunnel southwest of Cerulean Coast West Site of Grace. To acquire the Great Grave Glovewort, ride southeast from the Cerulean Coast West Site of Grace and look for a slope along the shore leading down to a drop.
Carefully drop into the tunnel and continue riding northeast until you reach the exit. The Great Grave Glovewort can be found near a bull pedestal on the stone structure.

Great Grave Glovewort - Location 2
The second Great Grave Glovewort can be found to the north of the Cerulean Coast West Site of Grace, but reaching it requires circling around the hill by first heading northeast and then following the ravine northwest.
The ravine will lead you to the northern shores of the Cerulean Coast, where you can defeat the Demi-Human Queen Marigga to obtain the Star-Lined Sword, an intelligence-based katana. To the southwest of the shoreline, you'll find a large boat-like structure, scale it to acquire yet another Great Grave Glovewort.
Great Grave Glovewort - Location 3
The next Great Grave Glovewort can be found near the Cerulean Coss Site of Grace, but if you haven't explored this area to unlock this Site of Grace, you can start your journey from Cerulean Coast Site of Grace. Begin by riding south from the said Site of Grace and past the Ghostflame Dragon. You'll eventually find the Map Fragment monument, where you can pick up the Cerulean Coast map.
Now, turn east from Map Fragment monument, and ride through the ruins to reach the shoreline. Continue riding along the shoreline while paying attention to a large ruined stone structure to your west. Once you spot the stone structure, ride up to it and collect the third Great Grave Gloverwort from the stone pedestal.

Great Grave Glovewort - Location 4
The fourth Great Grave Glovewort can also be obtained on the Cerulean Coast. You can find it begin by discovering the Cerulean Cross Site of Grace and then riding north until you come across a ruined stone structure. Jump onto the structure and change your direction to the northeast.
After a short ride, you'll reach a cliff. Drop onto another boat-like stone structure below and retrieve the fourth Great Grave Glovewort from the pedestal.
Great Grave Glovewort - Location 5
While the fifth Great Grave Glovewort is located on the Cerulean Coast, you can only access it from Charo's Hidden Grave, which is a large plateau towering over the Cerulean Coast.
You can reach Charo's Hidden Grave by navigating through the Dragon's Pit to discover the Dragon's Pit Terminus Site of Grace. Next, ride south to find the Grand Altar of Dragon Communion, then take a short ride west to reach Charo's Hidden Grave adorned with crimson flowers.
Now, to find the Great Grave Glovewort itself, ride southwest from Charo's Hidden Grave Site of Grace while staying closer to the cliffs. Eventually, you'll find a similar stone structure that you can drop down to collect the final Great Grave Glovewort on the Cerulean Coast.

Great Grave Glovewort - Location 6
To obtain the final Great Grave Glovewort in Shadow of the Erdtree, you'll need to make your way to the Shadow Keep via the Church District Entrance. You can reach the corresponding Site of Grace by first discovering the Bonny Village and then riding along the road north-northwest.
When you first reach the Shadow Keep from the Chruch District Entrance, you'll find that a majority of the area is submerged in water and your only means of navigation is parkouring across the rooftops.
To acquire the sixth Great Grave Glovewort, head northwest from the Church Distance Entrance Site of Grace and jump down to the rooftops. Turning west, you'll spot the orange glow emanating from a corpse on a ledge. To reach the corpse, approach the western edge of the rooftops, and then jump onto the floating wooden logs. Now, navigate through a series of wooden logs to eventually reach the corpse and pick up the final Great Grave Glovewort.
