Cerulean Seed Talisman +1 and Cerluean Seed Talisman cannot be equipped at the same time.

The Cerulean Seed Talisman +1 specifically enhances the restorative effect by 30%. Compared to the Cerulean Seed Talisman, this version of the talisman increases the restoration by 50% more, making it a significant upgrade. The only people that should use this talisman are mage builds that rely on high FP spells and have a large enough FP pool to take advantage of the increased restoration. The normal amount of FP restoration is more than enough for a middling mage.

After initiating the quest and obtaining the Hole-Laden Necklace, you need to travel to the Bonny Village, and obtain the O Mother gesture from the statue to the north of the site of grace.

Travel to the Shadow Keep Back Gate, and perform the O Mother gesture in front of the large statue in the nearby room to reach the Hinterlands. Once in the region, go east and follow the direction that the large fingers are pointing to reach the center of the ruins.
