Players wanting to explore every inch of the map in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree will find the verticality of the terrain and the looping pathways to be the biggest obstacles barring their way. Whether it is finding the way to the Ancient Ruins of Rauh or figuring out how to get to Bayle, FromSoftware is not afraid to lock progress behind easy-to-miss secrets.
Few areas in the Land of Shadow are as hard to reach as the top right corner of the map, above the Shadow Keep. The entire landmass is locked behind a Statue that will only reveal the passage behind it when players perform a specific gesture while standing in front of it.

How to Get to Top Right Corner of Map in Elden Ring DLC
The top right area of the map is called the Finger Ruins of Dheo and can only be accessed by going through Scaduview, the green strip of land before it. Here is how to get there.
Players who have already discovered the Church District can skip to step 6.

Start from the Moorth Ruins Site of Grace (where you meet Dryleaf Dane) and turn east towards the ruins. There will be a small drop that leads below the ruins towards Bonny Village.
- In Bonny Village, head north and pick up the 'O Mother' Gesture hidden behind a few bushes (location shown above).
- Next, take the eastern path to reach the Bridge Leading to the Village Site of Grace.
- Continue north along the road until you reach a fork just after the Church District Highroad Site of Grace. South leads to the Cathedral of Manus Metyr, and west leads to the Shadow Keep underground.

Head west through the tunnel, and you'll find the Church District Entrance Site of Grace.

Jump across the rooftops to reach the church on the left side and drop down to the archway from the hole in the roof (route detailed above).

Proceed down the tunnel with the two Fire Knights, and you'll find three doors turning right. Use the last one to reach a lift that takes you up to the Storehouse, Back Section Site of Grace.

From here, take the ladder to your right to reach the next section. Turn right from the Fire Knight and take the staircase to the library above. There is a hole in the wall to the right just ahead. Jump through it and continue down the scaffolding to reach the Storehouse, Loft Site of Grace.
- Use the elevator just ahead to reach the rafters at the very top. The goal here is to reach the balcony on the other side of the room (north). To do so, climb the rafters and turn right. It'll lead you directly above the balcony.
- Jump down and exit out the back to reach the path circling the outside of the keep. This path will lead you to the Storehouse, Back Gate Site of Grace.

Directly in front of you is the Commander Gaius boss fight, but to the right will be a Statue of Marika.
- Stand in front of the Statue and use the 'O Mother' Gesture you picked up in Bonny Village. The Statue will shift to the side, revealing a hidden path behind it.
- Continue downward to discover the Hinterlands Site of Grace. Now, the top right of the map is open to you.
The hilltop to the right leads to Shaman Village, the birthplace of Marika, and crossing the bridge to the north leads to the Finger Ruins of Dheo, where players will need to ring the second bell for the Count Ymir questline. A Fallingstar Beast can also be found just before the Finger Ruins.
