Elden Ring's first DLC, Shadow of the Erdtree, has added plenty of new content for players to explore. Among these are several new bosses to fight, but not all of them are easy to find.

After riding the Spectral Speed for a little while in Gravesite Plain, players will come across Belurat, Tower Settlement, the first Legacy Dungeon in the DLC. Atop the Tower resides the Divine Beast Dancing Lion, who happens to be the first DLC boss. Finding a way to get to the top of the Tower Settlement can sometimes be confusing. The guide below includes a step-by-step walkthrough on how to reach the boss gate from the main door in Shadow of the Erdtre e.

This is an optional fight, so players facing difficulties can come back later when they have upgraded their Shadow Realm Blessing to a higher level.

How To Reach Belurat, Tower Settlement

Belurat, Tower Settlement in Shadow of the Erdtree

After arriving in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC, you will cross the first Site of Grace in Gravesite Plain. From here, summon your Torrent and head north until you reach the Three-Paths Cross Site of Grace. You can interact with the NPCs here and head west through the giant doorway to another Grace.

Go up the staircase and ignore all the Spider Scorpions in your way. Keep going until you reach the Belurat Tower Settlement Site of Grace. There should be a door next to the Grace, which should be closed for now, but you can circle around and open it from the back later on.

How To Reach The Divine Beast

Head southeast from the Site of Grace and turn right off the fountain. Be on your toes, as there are numerous Shadow enemies in this area. Some of them use melee armaments, and others can be seen casting spells from the upper floors. Head left toward the enemies, casting ranged magic and head up the stairs and through the doorway on the left. Go up the staircase and interact with the Small Private Altar Site of Grace.

From the Private Altar, head through the door and up the staircase to find an area with the Horned Warrior patrolling. Head left, then immediately take the first right. Follow this path until you arrive at a doorway on your right that leads to a room with a ladder. Climb the ladder, go up the staircase, and head right.

Route To Stagefront Site of Grace

You will arrive at a rooftop area filled with multiple Gravebirds. From here, head to the northeast to reach the other side of the broken bridge. There is a Shadow enemy here carrying a pot you can defeat to acquire a Revered Spirit Ash. Go past the Horned Warrior and head left, through the area filled with Shadow enemies.

There is an altar at the back of the tree where you can acquire another Revered Spirit Ash.

Go to the building towards the west and up the staircase past the Curseblade enemy. Soon, you will arrive at the Stagefront Site of Grace. Behind the Grace should be the boss gate for the Divine Beast Dancing Lion.
