Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel is one of the early game tunnels players can access as soon as they reach
Liurnia of the Lakes. Reaching Liurnia of the Lakes can be a challenging task as it is locked behind Stormveil Castle, but there is an alternate route players can take through Stormill Shack.
As the name suggests, the Crystal Tunnel is filled with crafting materials and Smithing Stones that are necessary to upgrade weapons. This guide includes a step-by-step walkthrough of the entire tunnel detailing the major items that players can acquire, as well as tips for the boss fight at the end of the tunnel.

How To Get To Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel In Elden Ring
Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel is located in the
Liurnia of the Lakes. To reach this Tunnel, you will need to mount your Torrent from the South Raya Lucaria Gate Site of Grace and head down, hugging the left wall. You should be able to jump down to the building below without taking any damage.
From here, keep heading northeast past the Spirit Jellyfish. Soon, you will reach the base of the mountain with the entrance more towards the north side. Inside, you will find an elevator that goes down with a path ahead of you that leads to a Site of Grace.
Elden Ring: How to Unlock Raya Lucaria Academy Gate (Glintstone Key Location)
This guide will help players locate the Academy Glintstone Key in Elden Ring and use it to unlock the South Raya Lucaria Gate.
Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel Walkthrough
From the Grace, head straight and activate the Stake of Marika to make the summoning pool functional. On your right, you can find two Sorcerer Diggers guarding a chest. Deal with them and open the chest to find Somber Smithing Stone [2]. You can also acquire the Somber Smithing Stone [3] behind the statue.
Head down the left path now, and you will find several Glinstone Diggers. They are quite weak and are focusing on digging, so you can take them out one by one. There are a lot of crafting materials and Smithing Stones that can be found on the walls or corpses, so be on the lookout if you are in need of them.
Head southeast through the doorway to reach another area filled with Diggers and more materials that you can pick up. Once you have explored the room, head down the staircase and head northeast to reach an elevator that goes down. Go straight through the pathway, and you will come out into an area with a small staircase on the left and a wooden beam leading forward. Go across the beam and deal with the Diggers in the area. There should be an elevator here on the left, which is a shortcut back to this location from the Site of Grace.
After unlocking the shortcut, head through the doorway from before to encounter a Marionette. The room on the right has a few Smithing Stones that you can pick up and head back out to proceed through the path on the left. More Marionette enemies will fall from above that you will have to deal with. There are two more doorways here; the one on the right leads to a room with Marionette's enemies and a chest, inside which you can find the
Crystal Knife. The path on the left is the main path, which leads you into a room filled with multiple Diggers. Deal with them and head through the left pathway to find a corpse with the
Shatter Earth sorcery.
Head down the staircase to reach the final elevator, which takes you down to the Fog gate.
Crystalian Ringblade Boss Fight
Once you traverse the mist, you will encounter the
Crystalian Ringblade (Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel) boss, who only has a few attacks in its arsenal. The first attack is the small disc throw, where he throws two discs one after the other, which can be avoided by dodging to either side. The second attack is where the Crystalian starts to spin multiple times and can knock you back if you are hit.
The final attack is where it throws the large Ringblade it is carrying towards you. This attack has a very easy tell, allowing you to dodge it just before it comes in your general direction.
A good strategy is to bait the Ringblade throw and dash toward the boss getting free hits in before it starts spinning. The boss can also be staggered and knocked back when using heavy weapons, making them a valuable asset in this fight.
After defeating defeating the Elden Ring boss, you will get the
Smithing-Stone Miner's Bell Bearing [1].
