Elden Ring has banned its most famous player, Klein Tsuboi, better known by his in-game nickname Let Me Solo Her. That's according to Tsuboi himself, who recently revealed that his Elden Ring ban is going to be lifted soon.
True to his in-game moniker, Let Me Solo Her became famous by helping numerous players overcome Malenia, who is widely considered to be among the most frustrating Elden Ring bosses from the base game. According to his latest estimate, he has defeated her between 6,000 and 7,000 times as of late February 2024.

Let Me Solo Her Cops Elden Ring Ban Over Silly Mod
His total tally did not go much higher than that, at least not on his main account, which was banned for six months shortly thereafter. Let Me Solo Her said as much in a recent tweet, revealing that the sanction is set to be lifted soon. "At the end of October I'll be a free man(jar)," the player wrote, thus confirming that the ban itself was issued in late April 2024. Reflecting on the circumstances leading to this turn of events, Let Me Solo Her said that he was banned for using an Elden Ring mod that added Fortnite dances to the game's list of gestures.
He used the silly mod to spice up some of the gameplay videos that he's been making since becoming internet famous. Shortly after receiving the ban, Let Me Solo Her set his sights on Shadow of the Erdtree, using an alt account to help Elden Ring players triumph in the fight against
Messmer the Impaler.
Elden Ring Bans Aren't Absolute
Elden Ring bans don't prevent players from adventuring through the Lands Between offline. They technically don't even disable online play, but merely restrict people to playing on a single server that only consists of players who were caught using a modded version of the game. It is currently unclear how much time Let Me Solo Her spent on his main account during the ban.
At the end of October I'll be a free man(jar).
Although the famous Elden Ring player planned on taking a break from Malenia even before getting banned, he doesn't seem to be completely ready to move on. On the contrary, the tweet announcing the upcoming end of his ban reads as if Let Me Solo Her is eager to get back in the fray.
