To get the Gelmir Glintstone Staff in Elden Ring, you need to defeat the Man-Serpent Sorcerer. This unique enemy is easily distinguished by the huge egg on its head. It is located in the throne room at Volcano Manor. However, simply defeating him may not be enough, since the chance of dropping the staff you need is not 100%.
