The only way to get Placidusax's Ruin Incantation in Elden Ring is by visiting Enia and giving her Remembrance of the Dragonlord. Finding the ancient crone is simple because she always humbly waits for every Tarnished in Roundtable Hold. This NPC merchant is ready to offer players some of the best goods, but to see the most exclusive selection, players must bring Remembrances.

Finding a merchant is easy, but to get Remembrance of the Dragonlord, you must go to Crumbling Farum Azula and defeat the ancient dragon. The boss arena is in the lower levels of this high-level dungeon; here's how to find it:

Take Beside the Great Bridge Site of Grace as your starting point.
Turn around and enter the elevator to the Great Bridge, which will take you down.
After leaving the elevator, turn left and go down the spiral descent past the monsters.
Enter the first arch on the right and immediately turn left.
Go straight outside until you reach the edge of the cliff.
Approach the cliff to the left of the farthest tree and look down to see a stone platform.
Jump down and go as low as possible towards the tornado until you reach a platform of ancient ruins.
Get to the platform edge and press 'Lie Down' once you see the prompt on the screen.
Finally, watch the cutscene, after which you will find yourself in the boss arena.
