The Carian Knight Sword is found at Liurnia of the Lakes, which is one of the most important regions in the game. Players can reach here by moving southward from the Caria Manor, but for this, they should have that Site of Grace activated.

The Carian Knight Sword is found in a chest, which is placed in the back of a carriage that is drawn by two Trolls. When players are traveling south, they will encounter a knight, most probably on a horse. It is not compulsory to fight him, so the choice to fight him or not rests with the players.
