How To Acquire Flame, Cleanse Me Incantation
After defeating Godrick the Grafted, you will come to a wholly new area, which is Liurnia of the Lakes. This is another massive area in the game, with a Legacy Dungeon right in the middle of the area.
Defeating Godrick is not necessary to reach this area as there is an alternate route through Stormhill Shack in Limgrave.
On the eastern side of Liurnia of the Lakes, you can make your way Northeast from the Eastern Liurnia Lake Shore Site of Grace to reach the Eastern Tableland Site of Grace, which is below the elevator that takes you to Ainsel River Well. From the newly lit grace, head southwest to spot an encampment surrounded by a wooden spiked fence, so you will have to look for an entrance. Once inside the encampment, there are a few enemies on either side that you can ignore and head to the corpse toward the south near some jars. This corpse has the Flame, Cleanse Me Incantation.

Incantation Requirements & Uses
The Flame, Cleanse Me Incantation requires 12 Faith and 14 FP to use. To equip it, you must head to any Site of Grace and interact with it. There should be an option to Memorize Spell, which will allow you to head on over to the Support Incantations and equip it to a single slot.
This Incantation is very useful as it allows the player to stop Scarlet Rot and Poison Buildup. This makes areas like the Lake of Rot and other poisonous Caves easier to traverse through.
