An Elden Ring player has created an impressive pot lid carving dedicated to the FromSoftware title that has the Erdtree carved into a wooden round lid that's been painted red. FromSoftware fans quickly took to Elden Ring to make it one of the studio's most successful titles when it was released earlier this year, and the game continues to reach a broader audience through regular discounts.

A YouTube content creator called Wallabis has posted an image on Reddit teasing an upcoming video that shows the Elden Ring pot lid that they've created. FromSoftware fans are known for making tons of fan art for games like Bloodborne, Dark Souls, and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, and this latest Elden Ring one focuses on both the Erdtree and a shield that represents many that are scattered across the Lands Between. While Wallabis has garnered over 1,400 upvotes on their wood carving, other fans have also reached the community with Elden Ring fan art for creatures like the Elden Beast, Starscourge Radahn, Rykard, and more.

Wallabis' red wood pot lid shows the Elden Ring Erdtree inside a shield that still allows its brilliant light to emanate through, a symbol that isn't in the game, but shares multiple similarities with other things that exist in it. Appearing like a red seal on the back of an envelope thanks to a circular border surrounding the symbol and some dents in the side of it, the pot lid may be compared to the Erdtree Seal that players can acquire in Prison Town Church. Given that Wallabis intends to use the Elden Ring creation as a pot lid, the red Erdtree fan art may be used for cooking rather than display purposes.

According to Wallabis, the YouTube content creator has made multiple videos for their Elden Ring project that may ultimately result in an upload on their channel in the future. Some videos that Wallabis has posted to their channel already include popular anime Afro Samurai, an alien, and Leroy's Wooden Tattoos wood carvings, but the YouTuber has suggested that there's more to come. Because the Elden Ring fan hasn't stated whether their creations are available for purchase or not, it's unlikely that players can purchase a pot lid like this on Etsy or other marketplaces for now.

Multiple Elden Ring fans have taken to Wallabis' Reddit post to express their enthusiasm for the creativity of the FromSoftware-inspired pot lid as the first gaming project from the wood carver. While one fan suggested that they'd like a wax seal equivalent for their envelopes that maintains the aesthetic of Wallabis' creation, another compared the design to an Elden Ring fatality token from the game.

Elden Ring is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
