You can see Nokron from the Siofra River – when met in this underground area, Blaidd comments on how frustrating it is that Nokron is right above him without any way to get up. And indeed Blaidd is right, to get to Nokron you will have to kill General Radahn first.
General Radahn is one of the most powerful beings in Elden Ring, so powerful that he held back the stars themselves. After his defeat, the stars come hurtling down to the Lands Between once more, and one lands smack-dab in the middle of the Mistwood, opening up a hole in the ground that leads to the Eternal City.

The Ghost-Glovewort Picker's Bell Bearing isn't found too deep into Nokron, so head to the Mistwood and safely traverse the rocky path down into the Eternal City's first accessible area. Here you will see a small courtyard with a gazebo. If you fight the Mimic Tear boss, you've gone too far.

The Ghost-Glovewort Picker's Bell Bearing (1) is an item that glows purple on the ground, on a body in the middle of this gazebo. Pick it up, and be sure to touch the Site of Lost Grace before heading back to Roundtable Hold – then you can fast travel back to it when you're done with the Twin Maiden Husks.

In Roundtable Hold the Twin Maiden Husks are found just beyond the door to Sir Gideon Ofnir's room. You can offer these husks any Bell Bearings you come across in Elden Ring, including the Ghost-Glovewort Picker's Bell Bearing (1), to unlock new inventory.

Ghost-Glovewort Picker's Bell Bearing [1] lets players buy the first three tiers of upgrades for their Renowned Ashes, being Ghost Glovewort (1) through (3). Keep in mind that Ghost Glovewort can't be used to upgrade regular summons, only Renowned Ashes like Latenna the Albinauric. For that, turn to Grave Glovewort.
