Elden Ring brings all the classic FromSoftware gameplay that players have come to love to an incredibly unique and special world. Within The Lands Between, there are so many things for players to do, fight, and discover. In fact, finding new items is one of the most important aspects of Elden Ring's gameplay. With that in mind, it can be extraordinarily helpful for gamers to know where to acquire certain items, like the Bloodflame Blade incantation.
With so many regions in Elden Ring, knowing where to look for certain items can be tricky (and sometimes dangerous), especially for new players. That's why gamers should make sure to do their research when it comes to acquiring powerful gear in-game.
Elden Ring: How to Get the Inseparable Sword
The Inseparable Sword is a powerful weapon, though acquiring it in-game can be difficult for new and experienced players.
Bloodflame Blade Location in Elden Ring
Teardrop Scarab, Liurnia of the Lakes
The Bloodflame Blade incantation is relatively easy to find. First, players need to make their way to
Liurnia of the Lakes, just to the left of the academy.
There, south of one of Elden Ring' s nearby Sites of Grace but north of Rose Church, players will be able to find a Teardrop Scarab. The scarab will be in the vicinity of other enemies, so it's best to be careful when approaching. Killing and looting the scarab will award players with the
Bloodflame Blade.
The Bloodflame Blade is an incantation that will dramatically increase weapon abilities by providing fire damage. The incantation lasts for one minute and will take gamers ten seconds to cast.
The ability will provide enemies with a debuff, while also setting some opponents on fire. When paired with the right set of armor in Elden Ring, the Bloodflame Blade can become a deadly and effective tool for players.
It is worth noting, however, that the Bloodflame Blade cannot be used with swords or other weapons that have their own elemental infusions.
The Bloodflame Blade, aside from being powerful, is also representative of the imaginative combat gameplay within Elden Ring. Though players begin with Elden Ring's weak starting weapons, they quickly enter a vast open landscape filled with some of the most creative and powerful items ever accumulated in a game world.
Though Elden Ring isn't perfect, like many other video games, it has received well-deserved praise from players and FromSoftware fans for its unique world-building and intriguing story. And, though the Bloodflame Blade will not guarantee players the ability to defeat the title's most dangerous bosses, it is certain to help gamers on their journey through The Lands Between.
Elden Ring is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
