Glay is one of the more renowned bands in Japan. They have been rocking millions of music with their music for decades. Glay's popularity is mainly limited to Japan, so it is obvious that it can be improved. One of the many ways that bands increase their popularity is by releasing songs for an anime series. A good example is that of Creepy Nuts. The group released two outstanding songs, both of which mesmerized the audience.

Glay will also want to improve its popularity, and a drawing by Eiichiro Oda, the author of One Piece, might just do the trick. Eiichiro Oda made an illustration featuring the band members. The artwork was shared with the members of the One Piece community, who were thrilled to see Oda's new handiwork. One Piece has amassed a massive fan following. People around the world are aware of manga and anime. They talk about it on social media platforms and likely in real life as well. Every year, One Piece's popularity continues to rise, which, given its quality, is hardly surprising. One Piece manga started serializing in 1997, and since then it has released more than 1000 chapters. According to the latest date, the manga has sold more than 500 million copies to date, making it the best-selling manga series of all time.

Even after releasing 1100 chapters, One Piece is still going strong, and the end seems at least 5 years away. The One Piece anime was released in 1999. Produced by Toei Animation, the anime has maintained a weekly schedule. Initially, there were complaints about the anime's pacing and animation. But the anime fixed it in the Wano Country arc.

  • One Piece has sold over 500 million copies
  • Anime is currently on a hiatus

Currently, the One Piece anime is on break because the studio wants to give the animators a much-needed break. They have produced so many high-quality episodes that it is almost impossible for a weekly anime series. The One Piece anime will return in April 2025, and till then fans can enjoy the remastered version of the Fish-Man Island arc.

There are also rumors that the One Piece anime might become seasonal. This decision could be taken in consideration of the voice actors' health. Already, Franky's voice actor has stepped down from his role because of health complications. So, a seasonal schedule would be a blessing for the remainder of the cast.

One Piece is available to stream on Crunchyroll.
