When you finally make your way to the Gerudo Desert's iconic Gerudo Town (on the west side), you will immediately notice a woman standing to the right with a side quest for the princess. Cuccos on the Loose is a side quest in Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, but it's worth the trouble in the long run.
Tornado Ghost in Echoes of Wisdom
Gerudo Town Quest
The Gerudo woman claims to have seen a tornado ghost in a nearby sandstorm. She thinks that if she sees the "ghost" again, she'll know the truth.
In order to complete 'Tornado Ghost?' In Echoes of Wisdom, you need to use your Tri Rod and summon the Tornando Echo in front of her.
Once she looks closer at the monster, she realizes it doesn't even look like a ghost.
Tornado Ghost Reward
As a reward for helping her out, you will get ten containers of fresh milk.
When used alone, Fresh Milk only recovers half a heart. It's better to save it for Smoothie/Juice recipes, which can have more positive effects on the princess.
Where To Find Tornando in Echoes of Wisdom
If you're reading this and wondering, "But where does one get a Tornando Echo?" Well, we managed to find at least one behind the Oasis area of the Gerudo Desert. There's a fast-travel Waypoint in front of a shopkeeper, so go there and then head north into the storm.
I like using Sea Urchins to deal with Tornando, but other methods are fine. Just defeat the enemy, and then you should be able to learn its Echo. Take it back to Gerudo Town to complete the side quest.
