Thanks to an update to the FIFA Mod Manager, which is necessary, mods are now possible for EA Sports FC 26. These allow PC players to add new kits, player faces, and other cosmetics or to alter aspects of the gameplay and tweak rigid rules. Many of the best mods for FC 26 aim to increase immersion in Career Mode by making matches look more realistic, replacing unlicensed teams, swapping out default goalkeeper kits for lower league sides, and much more.

When looking at mods, you may see TU4 or TU11, for example. TU means Title Update, which is the current patch for FC 26. So if a mod says TU7 and the game is on TU9, that mod hasn't been updated yet, and could cause problems. Check the mod author's page for updated versions.
