EA has unveiled the athletes featured on the Ultimate Edition of the upcoming EA Sports FC 25. Among them is Jude Bellingham, the English player from Real Madrid, alongside football legends like Zinedine Zidane, David Beckham, and Gianluigi Buffon, with Aitana Bonmati representing the women's teams. In the standard edition of EA Sports FC 24, the cover athlete was Erling Haaland, a Norwegian professional player for Manchester City. In contrast, the FC 24 Ultimate Edition cover featured 31 players from various nationalities, with Erling Haaland at the center.
Recently, insider Leandesign shared that Jude Bellingham, the Real Madrid player, would be the cover athlete for EA Sports FC 25. Shortly after Leandesign's post on social media, Insider Gaming corroborated the information, also announcing Jude as the cover star while confirming that the Ultimate Edition would feature both current and former athletes. Insider Gaming detailed which athletes appeared in the Ultimate Edition cover and even the order of their appearance, which has now been officially confirmed.

Electronic Arts Shares EA Sports FC 25 Ultimate Edition Cover
Like its predecessors, EA Sports FC 25 is expected to be available in Standard and Ultimate editions. In the past, the Ultimate Edition offered a range of exclusive advantages, including digital items, additional athletes for the Ultimate Team mode, and most notably, early access. According to a Dealabs report, those who pre-order the EA Sports FC 25 Ultimate Edition will be able to dive into the game a week before other players. The same report also claims that EA Sports FC 25 will be released on September 27 across current and last-gen platforms.
EA Sports FC 25 will be the second game in Electronic Arts' football series following the end of its partnership with FIFA. After FIFA 23, the companies parted ways, and the franchise was renamed EA Sports FC the following year. FIFA had already informed fans that a new title in the FIFA franchise would eventually arrive, and it seems that this may happen sooner than fans expected, but not under the Electronic Arts banner.
EA has promised to reveal EA Sports FC 25 on YouTube on July 17. The trailer may also confirm the release date, which, if rumors are correct, is set for September 27.
