For those lucky enough to play EA Sports FC 25 on PC, the football/soccer game can be modded to make it more realistic, add unlicensed teams, and improve the quality of life.
EA Sports FC 25: Tallest Players, Ranked
Tall players in EA Sports FC 25 give the team a greater chance of success in winning aerial fights over the ball, especially on offense.
There are mods for kits, new teams, anthems, soundtracks, player faces, and much more, including a number of large mods aimed at reworking career mode. Some mods can also help transform the game into the 2025/2026 season with new squads, teams, and kits. Lastly, the best FC 25 mods are always updated regularly, allowing for smooth transitions after title updates.
How To Install Mods For FC 25
To use mods downloaded from Nexus Mods or FIFA Infinity Mods, players will first need to have the FIFA Mod Manager downloaded and installed. In this application, downloaded mods can be imported and applied, with players able to alter the load order if needed or spot conflicts.
Importantly, players will then want to launch the game via the Mod Manager each time they want to play. Some mods seem to work better if players opt out of connecting to the EA servers and instead play offline. Using mods for online modes, such as Ultimate Team, is not advised, as this could lead to bans.

For those looking to immerse themselves in matches, with each team's stadiums and fans feeling unique, the FC 25 Stadium Graphics Mod is a must. This mod adds thousands of unique banners, flags, scarves, and even adboards, all taken from real life.
Every time the camera pans around to the stands, particularly in the pre-game intro, players will see walls of scarves, with niche banners hung up and potentially some huge flags being flown. Players should be aware, however, that this mod is about 1.3 GB due to all the new textures.

10 Fallen Giants To Manage In EA Sports FC 25 Manager Career Mode
Fallen Giants in EA Sports FC 25 are once dominant teams that have since fallen off, and they make for enticing managerial challenges in Career Mode.
Additionally, when the home team scores, each club has its own sound. Currently, this is for most teams in the top three German leagues, the top two English and Italian leagues, and then the top leagues for Scotland, France, Turkey, the USA, Poland, and the Netherlands. There is a section on the mod's Nexus page with videos so that fans can get an idea of the walk-out songs before they decide to download.
4 24-25 Ultimate AIO Kits V7
Adds Missing/Unlicensed Kits, 3rd Kits, & EFL Keeper Kits
- Link to mod by RobGrant
For a complete experience of the 2024-2025 season, which is already finished, players will want the latest version of the 24-25 Ultimate AIO Kits mod. First of all, it fills in some voids by adding real kits, badges, and more for the unlicensed Serie A teams (Atalanta, Milan, Inter, and Lazio), meaning immersion will no longer be broken when playing as or against these sides. The creator also has a standalone mod for these Serie A teams.
The mod also adds many 3rd or alternate kits for teams that don't have these in the game. For example, all EFL Championship sides will now have their real 3rd kits, which is perfect for Career Mode. Additionally, for those who like true rags-to-riches playthroughs, the EFL League One and Two keepers now have their real kits.

New Kits For The Upcoming Season
- Link to mod by RobGrant
If players want to start their Career Mode in the 2025/2026 season, which is possible via live starts or other mods, then having the latest real-life kits can make the experience more immersive. The 25-26 Kitpack mod can also be good for existing playthroughs, where players are perhaps a few years in and in need of a shakeup for their kits.
As all the official kits have not been released for the upcoming season yet, this mod is currently only for around 300 kits. However, the mod will likely be updated as more kits are announced or the creator, RobGrant, will upload a new version.

EA FC 25: 23 Fastest Players, Ranked
Faster players could help a lot with succeeding in counter-attacks.
Edits can be made to real players and created ones, even during game modes such as Career Mode. It could be used to simulate growth spurts of young players, or improve a beloved player, or even prevent a veteran from falling off by lowering their age.
1 KIARIKA Career Mode Overhaul
Makes Career Mode More Realistic For Managers & Players
- Link to mod by KIA19 (KIARIKA)
If players want a tougher and more realistic experience in Career Mode, then there are a few overhauls available, but KIARIKA Career Mode Overhaul is generally regarded as the best, and players can expect updates when the base game receives them.
While there are a few aesthetic elements to the mod, such as youth players being given real boots, most of the focus is on balance changes. For example, as a manager, scouting players will be harder, the allocated transfer money each season should be more realistic, and the AI should make more realistic signings. For player careers, offers and contracts should be more realistic, and they will have more PlayStyles+.
