Barring any new announcements, EA Sports FC Empires should be the last game that EA shuts down in 2025. The company has not confirmed if it is shutting down any games in December, so fans may be safe until the new year. Then, on January 30, NBA Live 19 will be shut down. EA's sports and racing games are the most common victims of the company's shutdowns, so it's no surprise to see NBA Live 19 servers shuttered. However, it's the latest basketball game developed by EA, and no new replacement has been announced. The company's other sports games at least have new entries for fans to enjoy most of the time, which may make the NBA Live 19 shut down sting more than it would have otherwise.
