With both games developed by Electronic Arts, it shouldn't come as too much of a surprise to learn that there are links between EA Sports College Football 25 and the latest Madden title. One such connection allows College Football players to transfer their Road to Glory players over to Madden 25 after they retire from college football, which can happen after three or four seasons, depending on the player's academic performance.

The process for exporting a Road to Glory player to Madden is relatively straightforward, although there are a few little quirks that players will need to wrap their heads around before giving it a go. Some might also have questions regarding the number of EA Sports College Football 25 players that can be transferred over to Madden, while others may want to know how things work if they decide to graduate early.

How to Export Road to Glory Players to Madden in College Football 25

To transfer a Road to Glory player over to Madden, players will need to progress to the end of the fourth season. After the playoffs have ended, they'll notice that Leave for the NFL will appear on their to-do list. Clicking this option will bring up the Retire screen, where players will be able to choose between retiring from college football or exporting their Road to Glory player over to Madden. Selecting Export Player to Madden will do exactly what it says on the tin, with players then just having to confirm their decision with a few button clicks. Players will only be able to export one Road to Glory player to Madden at a time, with the most recently exported player being the one to transfer over.

Anybody getting an EXPORT FAILED error when trying to export their Road to Glory player to Madden should first make sure that their console is connected to the internet. If they haven't already, they'll also need to connect to the EA servers, which they can do by returning to the title screen and pressing the R2 (PlayStation) or RT (Xbox) button.

What Happens if You Graduate Early?

If they study hard, College Football 25 players can graduate at the end of their third year, at which point, they'll be free to carry on into their senior year without having to worry about exams or retire from college football early and transfer their player over to Madden there and then. The process for the latter works exactly the same as the one detailed above, although players are advised to stick it out for one more year so as to max out their stats and unlock all of the available physical traits. After all, if they plan on using their Road to Glory player in Madden 25, it makes sense to have the best player possible.
