Furniture pouches and clothing bags in Disney Dreamlight Valley promise players a chance at unique clothing and decorations they have yet to discover. However, coming across these items is not an easy task and requires some luck with some methods and the knowledge of where to look to find them. How to Find Clothing and Furniture Pouches in DDV
Chest Spawns
Green and gold chests will spawn throughout Dreamlight Valley daily, waiting to be opened. Each chest has a 30% chance to reward players with a furniture or clothing pouch. These chests will spawn daily and will stay until opened. Chests may also spawn when a new realm or biome is entered. Up to three green chests may stay in Dreamlight Valley unopened and won't spawn daily until opened. Chests found in realms will have a set reward for opening them, while all green and gold chests will have the aforementioned odds of spawning the pouches.
Large Stones and Debris
Chests can be found in removable obstacles like large mushroom patches, ice blocks, large tree stumps, and large sea debris. As players progress through the game, they will acquire new abilities and items. Among those abilities is the option to remove obstacles blocking biomes from each other, which will also have green and gold chests among them waiting to be recovered.
Digging
While rare, green chests, among other rewards, can be found while digging holes. It is not the most common way to find chests, and using varnishes may increase the odds of finding rare items while digging. Becoming best friends with some of Disney's most iconic characters has benefits and can be used to receive duplicates of items dug up from the ground.
Getting a villager to max friendship will increase the odds of receiving additional items while digging. If players happen to assign a role to a character that they would like to switch later, they can craft the training manuals to give them new roles and switch to the preferred role, which, in this case, would be digging. Chests cannot be dug up from the sparkling mounds; only dream and night shards will come from those.
