Many of Dragon Dogma 2's materials will be used to enhance your weapons — such as
Monster Hide or Pointed Fangs. Different weapons will require you to collect different materials for their enhancement needs, and Spider Venom Sacs will be one of the materials you see making this list. Luckily, as you can guess from the name of the item, Spider Venom Sacs can be found by defeating a particular monster.

How To Farm Spider Venom Sacs in DD2
As you progress through the game, you will encounter plenty of dark and dingy caves to crawl through—and you will find yourself spelunking your way during both the main quests and side quests. While in these caves, you will encounter many different enemies, one such enemy being spiders. You can amass plenty of Spider Venom Sacs just by exploring and playing through the game, with two noteworthy places being the Gracious Hand's Vault and the Straggler's Cave.
You can find the Gracious Hand's Vault much earlier than other options mentioned on this list thanks to it being located in Vernworth, and you will come across the Straggler's Cave naturally during the "Out of the Forest Into the Forge" quest — it will be located just west of Bakbattahl.
However, if you need some Spider Venom Sacs and you have none on hand and don’t want to wait for more to come up just by playing, there is a surefire location you can go to get some—The Holy Mausoleum Ruins.
You can see the location of the ruins in the image below:
You will be able to find The Holy Mausoleum Ruins by heading east from the Battahl Forest. You will now want to follow the main road south. While traveling, you will pass by one of DD2's many Riftstones on your lefthand side, the Riftstone of the Fanged. After passing this Riftstone, take the first left turn you see. Follow along this road and you will pass the Forgotten Ruins on your right side.
Keep following the road, and you will make your way over a bridge . Take the first right turn after this bridge, and it will lead you straight to the Holy Mausoleum Ruins. Spiders are not the most common enemy to come by in the game, but there will always be two spiders for you to slay at the Holy Mausoleum Ruins. However, this area is pretty far into the game, and chances are you will have already obtained at least one of these materials — and one is all you need to begin an effective farming method.
Making Forgeries in DD2
One of the vendors you will encounter in Dragons Dogma 2 will be at Ibrahim's Scrap Store. This Vendor will have the unique ability to make forgeries of items you have on hand. These can be used in the same manner as the originals to serve as Enhancement Material.
You will need to have at least one Spider Venom Sac on hand to make forgeries. If you use all the ones you have on hand, you will need to go out and get another one before you can continue to make more forgeries.
Utilizing this method means you won’t need to delve down into every cave you happen upon in the game and can effectively farm these Spider Venom Sacs indefinitely without needing to seek out any additional spiders. The cost you will be expected to pay will be 180 Gold, followed by waiting two days to have passed in the game world.
Dragon’s Dogma 2 has a Passage of Time mechanic for moving between its day and night cycles — which will be required for certain quests. Luckily, DD2 has a built-in mechanic that will let you pass time in the game so you won’t need to wait.
Combining this forging method with cave diving will optimize the speed at which you can amass a large amount of this resource.
