When it comes to material farming or resource scavenging, Dragon’s Dogma 2 shares the same design as other RPG games. In this game, some materials can not be used as consumables but are only useful for enhancing armor sets or weapons. Poison Pinion and Twisted Pinion are both materials that can be acquired in the second half of the game. Where To Find Poison Pinion In DD2

Poison Pinion's information states that it is a feather plucked from a Venin Harpy's wing. This means the Venin Harpy enemies can drop this material if killed. Venin Harpies are located mostly in Battahl near Battahl Ropeway Central Station or the Tomb of Am'Ranna. These Harpies can cause Poison

Debilitation to the Arisen and your party, thus causing health to deplete over time. Thankfully, this can be cured using Dragon's Dogma 2 items that allow you to focus on bringing down the enemy. Poison Pinion does not have a 100% drop rate, so you must kill multiple Harpies to acquire a few.

During A Poisonous Proposal Quest, you have to get poisoned by Venin Harpies in Battahl. This is a great mission that directly informs you of their locations, allowing you to farm a few Pinions before proceeding further in the Quest.

On the east of Checkpoint Rest Town, you can find a Harpy's Nest that has multiple Poison Pinion as well as a Harpysnare Smoke Beacon. Getting on top of the rock can be tricky, but most Vocations have Skills that allow them to climb it.

Where To Find Twisted Pinion In DD2

Twisted Pinion's information states that it is a feather plucked from a Gore Harpy's wing. For this material, you will have to locate and kill Gore Harpies. Gore Harpies are quite common and can be found in most areas of the game, especially Battahl. You can check out the Olta'Battahl Coastline for as few Gore Harpies flying around. Similar to the case with Poison Pinions, Twisted Pinion also do not have a 100% drop rate.

The Thief Vocation is great for dealing with any Harpies mainly because of its Weapon Skill Ensnare or its upgraded version Implicate, which allows you to pull airborne enemies down to the ground. You can one-shot them by getting close to them and performing Twin Fangs.
