In Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined, the Pit of Silence Mirror Puzzle is one of the hardest things to figure out in the adventure, and players need to complete it in order to free the High Priestess Jacqueline and unlock all Vocations.

But to free her from imprisonment, players need to break two control orbs using a laser that pops out of the wall, redirecting its light by moving mirrors and making the light bounce on them. If players want to skip all the tedious thinking and need the solution for this puzzle, they just need to look below!

Pit of Silence First Mirror Puzzle Solution (Left Side)

The first mirror puzzle in the Pit of Silence is quite simple. Players just need to place the mirrors as shown in the images above and direct the laser towards the orb by making the light bounce off their surface.

Once that orb is broken, comes the really fun part: breaking the orb on the right side, which requires players to move mirrors on both sides of the room.

Observe the holes in the wall. Once on the top, near the orbs, one near the bottom. These two breaches in the wall will be key to solving the next puzzle.

Pit of Silence Second Mirror Puzzle Solution (Right Side)

If players try to solve the second puzzle by using only the mirrors on the right side of the room, they will be unable to get the right angle. So, they will need to use the mirrors on the left side as well.

Start by arranging the mirrors to make the laser bounce and enter through the hole in the wall that is nearest to the laser's source (the one at the bottom middle of the room). Aim the mirrors so that the laser enters the room on the left side, as shown in the images above.

Now, direct the mirrors in the left room to make the light bounce upwards, trying to direct it to the second hole in the wall (the one closest to the orbs) as shown in the second, third, and fourth images.

If players need to restart the Puzzle, they just need to press R (PC), or Triangle (PS6)/ Y on Xbox and Switch/Switch 2.

This will make the laser bounce off the last mirror on the right side and destroy the right orb. With that done, the electric cage trapping High Priestess Jacqueline will be broken, and players can now recover their skills and face the Impostor to complete their Quest.
