Where to Find Every Mini Medal in Dragon Quest 3 Remake

One chamber west from the SE corner, you'll find a chamber with two barrels in the corner. The barrel on the left contains the medal.

At night only, enter through the door in the SE building that is guarded during the day. Head upstairs into the bedroom. In the center of the room, against the rear wall, you'll find a night stand. The Mini Medal is in the night stand.

Head to the western end of the shrine grounds to find a barrel containing the Mini Medal.

There is a line of three square chambers before the long southern edge of 2F. The Mini Medal is in a chest in the center of the three chambers.

In a chest on the right side of the center partition, southern end.

Little Shrine is found on the east coast of the starting island. Check the pots on the north wall, above where the NPC is sitting.

On the first floor of the castle, you'll find four fountains in each corner of the path around the center area. Head to the southeast fountain and examine the ground around the brick foundation.

Head to the building directly above the town's western exit. Inside, you'll find a pot in the NE corner of the main room, near the green chairs and small white table. Mini Medal 8 is in the pot.

Outside the entrance to the eastern side of the Romarian Outpost, you'll find a pot just south of the steps.

Check the barrel in the back of the Khoryv tavern

Inspect the ground in front of the SE gravestone

Open the western chest on 4F to find the Mini Medal

Enter the Inn and go upstairs. Look for a gray brick chimney running along the northern wall. You'll see a brown pouch hanging on the bricks. The medal is inside the pouch.

The Faerie Village is located directly west of Norvik. Look for the tree that appears to be a normal Secret Spot. The medal is found in the ground on the back side of the large boulder on the western side of town. The boulder is near the Faerie with green hair.

On the eastern edge of the pond, examine the ground just north of the horse. Look in the flowers and grass to find the medal.

Underground Lake is found past Faerie Village, at the western tip of the same peninsula. Inside, head up to the dead end that is directly north of the SE exit to find a chest containing the Mini Medal.

Nordy's Grotto is found directly east from Asham. Head to the final chamber, to the west of the well entrance. You'll find the medal in a barrel against the northern wall, before the treasure chests. Thief Key required.

The Desert Shrine is located SE of Ibis. Inside the shrine, you'll see a pot against the rear wall, on the western end. The medal is inside.

Enter the Equipment Shop on the SE side of town. There is a pot along the western wall in the southern section of the store. The medal is inside the pot.

Enter the palace at night. Go to the second floor and i nspect the ground in front of the throne to find a medal.

Visit the graveyard on the SW side of town. Check the ground around the center tombstone to find a medal.

This chest is found in the NW corner of 1F. You must use the NE stairs to reach 2F, then use the stairs on 2F to come down to the separate area where the chest is located. The medal is in the chest.

If you follow the stairs to the very top, you'll end up outside, on the very top level of the Pyramid. There is a small path that you can follow, with two angled pillars running down the Pyramid. Walk up to the western pillar and interact with the ground to find this medal.

Enter the dancing hall (SW building) and use the Magic Key to enter the backroom. Examine each side of the table. When you get the interact prompt, select it to reveal a Mini Medal.

With the Magic Key, open the blue door into the building in the NW corner of Asham. Head upstairs, and near the fountain on the western side of the room, you'll see four squares on the floor. Walk over the NE square and interact to find the Mini Medal.

On 1F, head to the NE corner treasure room. The Mini Medal is in one of the four available treasure chests.

Go through the Item/Equipment show and head to the small outdoor area (through the door to the right of the counter). Walk up to the haystack and interact to find the Mini Medal.

This is the lighthouse within the Portoga map, not the separate location called Porotga Lightouse. If you walk around the entire outside path of the map, you can reach the lighthouse area in the SE corner. There is a stairway that leads to a basement area outside the lighthouse. The Mini Medal is in a pot in the middle of the chamber.

Head to the large temple that sits on the ocean in southern Baharata. If you go to the SW corner of the temple, there's a small alcove. Walk along the alcove and you'll find a buried Mini Medal. Use Snoop if you have it.

Enter the Baharata Inn and head to the NE corner. The Mini Medal is in a small chest of drawers.

On the northern end of Kidnapper's Cave B1, you'll see three chambers that end with small paths. A chest is at the end of each path. Visit the center chest to find the Mini Medal.

When you enter Alltrades Abbey, you'll pass two statues on each side of the main path. The Mini Medal is found in the ground in front of the second statue on the right.

Instead of going through the front door, head to the right and go down the stairs into the basement. In the NW corner of the basement, you'll find a church. Behind the priest is a small alcove where you'll find the Mini Medal.

This can be a little tricky, because you have to take a specific path up the tower. From the first floor, take the stairs seen on the NW corner of the map. Head east across the high wire on 2F, then go back down to 1F and use the portal. After exiting the portal, take the bottom of the three available staircases, first to 2F, then up to 3F. This will lead to a single chamber on 3F with a treasure chest containing the Mini Medal.

Enter the item shop (NE building) through the large opening on the eastern side to reach the second floor. IN the upstairs chamber, you'll see a pot near the SW corner of the room that contains the Mini Medal.

Requires Ultimate Key. Enter the item shop on the SW side, then look for the gray door that opens on a small chamber right after entering the room. Enter the chamber and look for the interact symbol on the red rug and along the eastern wall.

In the room on the right, head to the NE corner and collect the Mini Medal from the night stand.

In the outdoor section of Edina Castle, you'll find a Mini Medal buried in the SW corner of the eastern gardens.

Use Safe Passage to walk through the poison pool in front of the building with the coffins in the basement in NE Theddon. There will be a Mini Medal buried in the center of the pool.

Check the pots in the central eastern room in Pimiko's Palace.

Head into the basement where the girl was hiding in the pot on the NW side of town. IN the basement, you'll see a treasure pot against the eastern wall. The Mini Medal is inside.

Head to the western end of B2 and open the chest found where the small northern path ends.

In the Shallows Shrine, there are stone squares that are slightly submerged surrounding the main chest. Head to the northernmost square, which lines up with the door at the northern end of the chamber. You'll find the Mini Medal buried there.

INspect the second to last gravestone in the NE corner of the graveyard to find the medal.

In Manoza Castle, head to the kitchen on the eastern side of 1F. There is a barrel near the NW corner of the kitchen that contains a Mini Medal.

On level B2, head up to the skinny path that runs along the northern edge. About a third of the way to the eastern end, you'll find a chest directly in front of purple poison pools. Open the chest to find a Mini Medal.

On the northern side of the map, you'll see a chamber that is light brown-colored on the map. There are three pots and three barrels in this chamber. Check the middle barrel to find the Mini Medal.

Head downstairs to B1 and enter the jail cell on the right. A Mini Medal willbe found in the NE corner of the cell. Must have Ultimate Key.

Head to the northernmost island and search the flowerbed on the east side of the building. There will be a Mini Medal in the center.

Head to the house at the northern end of town. The Mini Medal is in a pot along the northern wall, just left of the first bed.

Investigate the ground along the northern edge of the spring/well inside the shrine. Use the central portal to reach the next location.

Now that you have the Ultimate Key, you can head to Olivia's Promontory and open the door to the portals, or use the center portal at the Teleportal Shrine. The Mini Medal is found in the ground between the two portals at Olivia's Promontory.

Make your way to the very top of Fifer's Spire, to the point where you can cross the wires. Look for the wire with the flag, then drop at that point. You will land on a 3F roof with a Cannibox friendly monster and four chests. The Mini Medal is in the SW chest.

There is a large brazier in the SW corner of the Grimland map. There is a chest containing a Mini Medal on its eastern side.

There are two night stands in the NW corner of the room. Open the left one to find a Mini Medal

Go down to B1 and enter the treasure chamber on the SE side of the ship. The Mini Medal will be in a chest.

Enter the NW cell and find the medal in a pot in the NE corner. Ultimate Key required.

Approach the shrine and look for the slender path that leads down the side of the shrine building. At the end, where the path dead ends, you'll find a Mini Medal in the ground.

When you approach the shrine, you have to climb a ladder. Instead of climbing, go to the NE corner of the same chamber and interact with the small snow drift. You'll find the Mini Medal at this location.

In the southern section of L2, you'll see an area with a large amount of rocks on the map. There is a Mini Medal in the ground just SE of the center rock. Check the ground and you'll find it.

Walk up behind the NPC and examine the ground. You'll find a Mini Medal there.

Enter the jail cell in the NE corner of B1 Passageway and check the ground around the bed.

Check the ground in front of Baramos's throne.

Check the ground in front of the stained-glass, directly behind the portal that takes you to???/Heavens in the post-game. It is located at the very back of the Church of the Dragon Queen.

Head to the end of the northern pier and examine the ground at the dead end area.

On the east side of town, there is a path covered in arches that leads to the castle. Check the ground at the first arch along the path. The Mini Medal is found in the ground on the western side of the archway.

Head to the castle kitchen on the east side of the first floor. In the NW corner of the kitchen, you'll find a barrel containing the Mini Medal.

Head to the eastern end of the crevice and collect the Mini Medal from the NE chest.

Check the far right Night Stand in the NW corner of Galen's House.

On the second basement level of Craggy Cave, you'll spot a long path that ends near the SE corner. Make your way to the very end to find the Mini Medal in a chest.

Head to the far right stall at the stables in SE Damdara. The Mini Medal is in the ground at the back of the stall.

In the NW corner of Cantlin, you'll find a small broken-down chamber with two pots inside. Approach the red pot in the left to find a Mini Medal in the ground.

On the second floor, examine the middle point of the red carpet to find a Mini Medal in the ground.

In the Sanctum's main chamber, examine the ground just to the west of the Priest. The Mini Medal will be hidden in the ground very close by.

Enter the church on the SW side to find the jail cell on the second floor. You'll find the Mini Medal in the NW corner of the cell.

Head all the way to the far southern end of the skinny path on the left to find this Mini Medal.

Check along the entrance to the Hot Springs in northern Kol. There's a hidden Mini Medal buried there.

In the center section of 3F, there are several purple and pink colored squares. Check the ground just north of the brown spot on the map, right between the squares, to find the Mini Medal.

On 1F, before you move Zoma's throne, approach the front of the seat and interact to find a Mini Medal

When you reach the treasure chamber on B4, open the chest on the left to find a Mini Medal.

In the Pyramid section of???, head to the western path that goes directly south and dead ends. The Mini Medal is in a chest at the end of the path.

In the Underground Lake section of???, head to the end of the eastern half of the Y section at the northern end of the level. The Mini Medal will be in a chest at the end.

In the jail section, visit the cell that is to the right of the exit in the NW corner. The Mini Medal is in the NW corner of the cell.

When you exit the main Cloudsgate Citadel chamber through the southern stairs, you'll end up in a small chamber with an NPC that offers potion from a large cauldron. In the NE corner of the room, you'll find the Mini Medal in a pot.

In the center of 2F you'll find a small platform with two treasure chests. The Mini Medal is in the chest on the left.

After reaching 4F, make a left the first chance you get and follow the step-shaped chambers down to the dead-end. Here you'll find a chest containing the Mini Medal.

This trial is split into a western and eastern half. In the western half, the Mini Medal is found in a chest in the center chamber along the eastern edge.

In the NE trial, head for the NE circle. The Mini Medal is found on the bottom half of the path in a chest.

Climb the NW tower once you have the Ultimate Key, then check the NE wall near the one o'clock point to find the Mini Medal.

At the end of the path, after you collect the Blue Orb, you'll find two chests. The Mini Medal is in the chest on the left.

Check the pot in the first cell on the north side after coming down the stairs.

From Romaria, follow the thin strip of land between the river and the mountains NE until you find the Secret Spot, which is a large green tree. In the Secret Spot, look for the pot under the tree as you walk north from the southern entrance.

Head just slightly NE from Asham, and you'll see a large green rock and some green trees among the brown hills. There is a small plateau to the NE of the spot. Inside, you'll find the Mini Medal in a barrel against a large group of rocks.

Head directly west from Baharata and you'll see a palm tree Secret Spot in the small desert area. Inside, you'll find the Mini Medal in a pot near a palm tree.

Head NW from Mur, and you'll see a small snowy forest just on the edge of where the snow and green grass meet. The Secret Spot is on the eastern side of the forest, appearing as a snowy tree with rocks around it. In the spot, there is a large tree in the center. Look for the large rock just SW of the tree. Check the ground on the northern side to find the Mini Medal buried.

Head west over the mountains from Persistence, and you'll see a section of the shore that is sunken and can only be reached by Ship or Everbird. There is a Secret Spot in the sunken section. Inside the spot, the Mini Medal is in a barrel on the eastern end of a large rock.

Head slightly southeast from Theddon and you'll see this Secret Spot on the beach. Inside, you'll need to examine the ground to the left of the northern exit. If you have the Snoop spell (Thief), use it here to help with the exact location.

From the Pirates' Den, it's fairly easy to spot the large tree Secret Spot to the NW. There is a clearing in the forest with a large tree in the center. The Mini Medal is in the ground just before the western exit. Examine the ground on the southern edge of the exit, and you'll see the Interact prompt come up.

From Mur, fly NE across the former landbridge. You'll eventually see a large pond, with a smaller pond in the SW corner. The smaller pond is actually a Secret Spot. At the spot, head to the NW side of the weirdly shaped pond to find a Mini Medal buried near a small rock in the ground.

Head NW from Wayfarer's Chapel until you see the forest stop and dead-end into a lake. There is a rocky Secret Spot at this point. In the spot, there is a tree near the NE corner. Search the base of the tree for the Mini Medal.

Fly west from Aliahan, and you'll see a Secret Spot on top of a plateau that can only be reached by the Everbird. Near the eastern exit there is a large rock that looks like it has a small cave in it. Check the ground in front of the rock to find the Mini Medal.

Fly over the mountains west from Manoza, and you'll see a Golden Tree Secret Spot on top of a plateau just before the ocean. In the Secret Spot, you'll find the Mini Medal on the ground just south of the large rock at the eastern exit.

Fly north from Persistence, and you'll see a small rocky Secret Spot on top of a plateau. Inside the secret spot, look for the tree with a small pouch hanging from it. The Mini Medal is in the ground in front of the tree to the SE of the pouch tree.

There is a large forest area north of the Tower of Transcendence. The Secret Spot is on the SW side of the forest, though it can be hard to see. It's much easier during the day. The Mini Medal is in the ground near the rock on the SE side of the area.

Near the NW corner of Alefgard, just SE from Galen's House, you'll find a large green tree Secret Spot, standing out from its surroundings. In the spot, there is a large tree in the center. Check the ground at the base of the tree for the Mini Medal.

On the next island to the SW from the Tower of Rubiss, you'll find a Secret Spot slightly SW of the center. Inside the spot, you'll find the Mini Medal in the rocks found in the cutout to the west of the northern exit.

If you sail to the end of the long section of water in the SE corner of Alefgard's inner sea, you'll find an island Secret Spot. Check the pot in the SE corner to find the Mini Medal.

Head directly west from the southern point of the island that Sanctum is located on, and you'll find an island Secret Spot in the ocean. On the island, you'll find the Mini Medal in the ground on the west side of the rock in the center.

While this Secret Spot is in the SE corner of the desert north of Cantlin, you can only reach it by ship from the inner sea. If you have access to Zoma's Citadel, you can start there, then sail the ship down to the desert. If not, you'll have to start in the sea outside and sail to the inner sea. Head to the SE corner of the desert, then once inside the secret spot, find the chest containing the Great Helm. Walk NE from there, and just before the rocks in the sand, you'll get an interact prompt to dig up the Mini Medal. Use Snoop if you have it.

Head north from the eastern tip of the mountain that surrounds Rimuldar like a backwards C. You'll find a large tree Secret Spot before the next mountain to the north. In the spot, you'll find the Mini Medal in front of the small tree on the left side of the path that leads north on the west side of the center tree.
