Dragon Ball has multiple manga and anime series, and its current ongoing manga is titled Dragon Ball Super. Sadly, this manga has been on hiatus for quite some time now. Dragon Ball Super went on break on March 21, 2024. This was due to the death of Akira Toriyama, who passed away just a few weeks earlier.
Since then, Dragon Ball fans have been hoping for the manga to return, but so far, fans haven't gotten any positive indication of that. Fans were hoping that 2025 would be the year it returns, but it was just confirmed that fans won't be seeing it grace their screens this year.
Victory Uchida, the editor of V-Jump, has recently revealed that fans shouldn’t expect the manga to return in 2025. This has left many Dragon Ball fans upset, and for valid reasons. This is especially the case as Uchida asked fans to remain patient.
