Goku might not be the most creative when it comes to his techniques, but you can't deny that he gets the most out of his moves, be they borrowed or original. Goku has the largest arsenal of attacks in Dragon Ball, and we've seen him make use of his abilities to turn the tide in battle time after time.
That's no different in Super, with Goku innovating and improving upon classic techniques. These aren't all finishers, but they're still some of the strongest moves we've seen Goku use in Super and the series overall.
Dragon Ball: Goku’s 8 Strongest Kamehameha’s, Ranked
Goku's used plenty of different Kamehamehas over the years, but these are the strongest.
Inner Flame
Energy Waves get all the attention in Dragon Ball, from the Kamehameha, to the Special Beam Cannon, and Galick Gun, they're some of the most recognizable and impactful techniques in the series. But Kiai are just as important in battle, and though one might not recognize them when used in fighting sequences, they're prevalent in every fighter's arsenal.
Goku's Inner Flame is one of the strongest Kiai in the series. While in Ultra Instinct Sign, Goku lets out a loud scream, channeling his energy into a massive shockwave that repels his enemy. It's a more defensive technique, but it also serves as a boost in energy for Goku, giving him a second wind in battle.
Soaring Fist
There's nothing fancy about this attack. It's just a straightforward Kiai that Goku uses while in Ultra Instinct Sign and Perfected Ultra Instinct. But it's still incredibly effective.
Goku manages to take advantage of his Ultra Instinct and deliver a powerful melee attack, followed by a shockwave from the tail end of the attack. The attack can hit from long-range, not losing its potency in the process. It's not a finisher, but a strong combo piece that Goku can use to quickly turn things around in any battle.
Wild Dance Annihilation
Wild Dance Annihilation is another version of Soaring Fist, with him only using the attack in his Perfected Ultra Instinct form. It's very similar to the original, but with more power behind it and used as part of a combo.
Goku performs a backflip as part of the combo, using his Soaring Fist technique immediately afterwards. But this time, he doesn't just send out one shockwave, but multiple at a time. This increases the amount of damage he can do in one attack and also forces his opponent to deal with a myriad of attacks at once.
Destructo Disc Hexa Blade
We all know that the Destructo Disc is Krillin's move. But you know Goku, he loves "borrowing" techniques. As he does with most of the learned moves in his arsenal, Goku improved upon the original in a big way.
The Destructo Disc Hexa Blade looks like a regular Destructo Disc at first, with Goku sending out the intimidating energy wave towards his opponent. However, similar to the Destructo Disc Triple Blade, it splits up into multiple discs after being launched. But instead of one Destructo Disc that splits into three, the Destructo Disc Hexa Blade splits into five, each capable of zeroing in on the user's target.
Kamehameha Blaster
Goku and Vegeta brought out their A-game against Broly, and while the Kamehameha Blaster is a cool technique, it wasn't enough to really affect the Saiyan berserker. As the name implies, it's a variation of the Kamehameha, but it's not the strongest version of the attack Goku has in his arsenal.
Rather than raw power, the Kamehameha Blaster is better used for overwhelming opponents with a powerful ki barrage. He uses the attack against Broly, who seems to handle it well enough. It's not the most concentrated version of the Kamehameha, but it still manages to deal some damage.
Universe 7's Spirit Bomb
The Spirit bomb is Goku's most well-known technique next to the Kamehameha. But despite often being used as a finisher move, the Spirit Bomb has a pretty spotty track record, mainly due to the long time it takes to charge up.
Universe 7's Spirit Bomb is a stronger variation of the original, powered up by everyone in Team Universe 7 save for (of course) Vegeta. It's a more concentrated version of the original, with the universe's strongest fighters giving their energy to it exclusively. But just like the original, it doesn't quite deliver as you'd expect it would.
Supreme Kamehameha
As the name implies, the Supreme Kamehameha is the strongest version of the iconic technique. At least, it's the strongest version used by Goku. Like most Kamehameha's, it's an incredible, visually stunning finisher that shows off Goku's off-the-charts power.
Goku uses this version of the Kamehameha while in Ultra Instinct Sign and Perfected Ultra Instinct. He charges an incredible amount of energy in preparation for the attack, and then launches a massive blue energy wave that dwarfs most other Kamehamehas that have come before it.
