8 Gohan

Won 52% Of His Fights

Gohan is a gentle Saiyan who hates fighting, which is why he either focuses more on his academic prowess and sometimes fails to reach new levels of power against tough enemies. This has led to the half-blooded Saiyan losing some of his battles, since he lacked that killing edge.

However, during his battle with Cell, Gohan was finally able to shed the chains that were weighing him down. He achieved a new level of power and took out the most powerful antagonist to have reared its ugly head at that point. It's one of the most epic moments in Dragon Ball, and it proves how Gohan can reach deep within himself when it counts to defeat the enemies standing in his way.

7 Krillin

Won 55% Of His Fights

Most people would be surprised to see Krillin here, given that he's the butt of jokes in Dragon Ball as one of the weaker characters in the series. His loss record reached new levels with Dragon Ball Z, but fans forget that he's been a part of the series since its inception.

Krillin was competent in the early goings of Dragon Ball, to the point where he was Goku's rival at one point. Unfortunately, with Saiyans dominating fights later on, Krillin later became more of an afterthought who had to team up with other powerful fighters to secure victory.

6 Goku

The fact that Goku has participated in the highest number of fights in Dragon Ball isn't surprising. He's been in the series from the very first episode and has won numerous battles against serious opposition by achieving new levels of power and showing his enemies the true might of a pure-hearted Saiyan.

He may have lost a ton of fights, but these defeats are important when it comes to steeling Goku's resolve. He is motivated to train after every loss so that a particularly unsavory foe can be taken out for good after a long, grueling battle.

5 Frieza

The tyrant who destroyed Planet Vegeta and served as a thorn in Vegeta's side for the longest time, Frieza is an iconic antagonist who helped Goku attain the Super Saiyan transformation in one of the greatest moments in the series. He's such a beloved enemy that Dragon Ball Super brought him back, with the emperor becoming stronger after deciding to train.

As a result, Frieza has racked up a decent number of fights throughout Dragon Ball's run, attaining victory as a villain several times before finally being humbled. He may be evil to the core, but that doesn't stop him from captivating a viewer's attention whenever he uses his powers to secure victory.

4 Android 17

Won 68% Of His Fights

The Androids are some of the most notorious antagonists in Dragon Ball history. They laid waste to Future Trunks' world and plunged it into an apocalypse, making it clear why he's racked up a decent number of wins in the series.

Android 17 is humbled at the end of the Cell Saga by a returning Trunks, but the version of this android in the regular world comes back during the Tournament of Power. He's the only one left standing after a battle for the ages, managing to secure victory against numerous enemies to enjoy this honor.

She joins the Z Warriors and starts a family of her own, choosing to protect the ones she loves by participating in the Tournament of Power. Her victories as a villain, coupled with the other fighters she bested during this tournament, give Android 18 one of the best win-loss ratios in the entire series.

2 Cell

Won 75% Of His Fights

Cell is one of the most iconic antagonists of all time. This fighter required the Androids to reach his Perfect form, showing off a frightening level of power that left everyone rattled. The fact that he could spawn Cell Juniors who could single-handedly defeat the Z Warriors shows the depths of his power.

However, after Gohan unlocked the Ascended Super Saiyan form against him, he was toast. The bio-android managed to stage a comeback where he was bigger and stronger than ever, but he couldn't overpower a one-handed Gohan. Gohan unleashed a vicious Kamehameha and obliterated this villain, leaving no trace of his being behind.

1 Master Roshi

One of the most surprising Dragon Ball facts is that Master Roshi has won a higher percentage of his fights than any other fighter in the series. It's hard to believe, but players must keep in mind that the founder of Turtle School stopped participating in fights with the advent of Dragon Ball Z.
