Communication was one of the major things that changed the nature of war. By being able to communicate back and forth, spies and soldiers could communicate with one another to trap their enemies and overcome them.

Following this line of thinking, Senku decided to invent a cell phone in the Stone Age. This is by no means a meager task, but Senku is determined to do it to avoid bloodshed between the Kingdom of Science and Tsukasa's empire. In this arc, cell phones are built, and Senku is reunited with Taiju and Yuzuriha. Moreover, the war ends in an unexpected way.
