Disney Dreamlight Valley has just unveiled the new content and characters set to arrive in its free February update, Puppy Love. First released as an early access title in 2022, Disney Dreamlight Valley saw its full release in 2023 and has become one of the premier life simulation games on the market today. Loaded with Disney and Pixar characters spanning various eras of the studio’s lineage, the game sees players helping to cure a magical valley of an evil curse that caused these characters to lose their memories.
Since its release, developer Gameloft has continued to grow the game with additional content, introducing even more Disney and Pixar characters. The developer has released three DLC expansions, including the Wishblossom Ranch expansion released in November 2025. Adding a unique set of characters in Tigger, Cruella De Vil, Snow White, and Tinker Bell, Disney Dreamlight Valley continues to offer Disney fans plenty of variety in one of the most popular cozy games out today.

Disney Dreamlight Valley Reveals Lady and the Tramp Content in Puppy Love Update
On the official Disney Dreamlight Valley Twitter page, fans were treated to a trailer for the game’s upcoming Puppy Love update. In the trailer, Gameloft community manager Courtney showcases the free update’s focus on Disney’s Silver Age classic Lady and the Tramp, with the setting even including Tony’s Restaurant. Players are tasked with setting up the romantic spaghetti and meatball dinner between the two pups, Lady and Tramp, with the trailer even recreating the iconic kiss the two share while eating a piece of spaghetti.
However, in this update, players won’t merely be feeding spaghetti to the two dogs, as they will also help Lady and Tramp escape the notorious dog catchers, who hope to send the two to the pound. Players will also navigate the dogs through a spaghetti storm, and upon solving the mystery of the storm, Lady and Tramp will join the valley. Along with their house, Lady and Tramp will have their own set of Friendship Quests, with rewards including signature outfits and New England-inspired furniture. While the video kept details relatively light, Courtney promised further sneak peeks to come before the update’s launch on February 11.
Disney Dreamlight Valley adding content from Lady and the Tramp showcases the game’s wide-reaching commitment to honor Disney history, no matter the era. Even as the game offers plenty of characters from Disney and Pixar’s modern films, the developers have also taken time to add characters from older films, such as One Hundred and One Dalmations, Peter Pan, and The Sword in the Stone. The addition of Lady and the Tramp is yet another fantastic way to please old-school Disney fans who have grown up with the early Disney pictures, while also introducing a younger audience to another classic Disney film.

The addition of Lady and the Tramp in Disney Dreamlight Valley is just one of several updates that plan to honor the Disney Animated Canon, which currently spans 64 films. Following this, Gameloft plans to add Pocahontas and Hercules updates through the Spring and Summer, respectively, two films released during the Disney Renaissance in the 1990s. With such a massive roster of characters across Disney and Pixar films, Disney Dreamlight Valley has become an all-in-one love letter to The Mouse House, offering plenty to fans of all ages.
