While you might expect to find crabs scuttling along the shores of Dazzle Beach, there is only one biome where you can get your hands on a crab, and it couldn't be more different. To find crabs in Disney Dreamlight Valley, head to the Frosted Heights biome, a chilly landscape north of the map.

To catch a crab in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you must fish in white or blue ripples in rivers or ponds in the Frosted Heights. While you'll probably fish up other Disney Dreamlight Valley fish first, crabs are a pretty regular spawn, so you shouldn't have to wait for too long to acquire one. If you try fishing in orange ripples, you'll typically find species like White Sturgeon.

Once caught, you can eat a crab to replenish +1,200 energy or sell it at Goofy's Stall for 600 Gold Star Coins. Alternatively, you might want to gift a crab to one of the villagers or use it to complete some quest objectives, such as in Nala's 'The Heart of a Lioness' quest. However, it's probably more likely that you'll be cooking some dishes with crab in the kitchen.
