The Halloween season is finally here in Disney Dreamlight Valley, and with it returns the annual Trick Or Treat event. During this event, Dreamers will be completing many fun tasks like finding colorful candies around the valley, crafting spooky Halloween items, and completing different village duties.

Complete Trick Or Treat 2024 Event Guide

The Trick or Treat event brings tons of fun duties that Dreamers can complete to earn some spooky Halloween rewards. Here’s everything you’ll be doing in this event:

Find All Candy Buckets

Your first task is to collect the following three types of Candy Buckets from the valley:

Green Candy Bucket
Red Candy Bucket
Purple Candy Bucket.

These candy buckets will spawn randomly in the Plaza while the event is live. Since the Plaza is free to access for everyone, this task is easy, even for beginners. Each bucket gives you three candies in its color. For example, if players find a Purple Candy Bucket, they will get three purple candies. You can find one bucket a day before October 31, but after that, more will show up.

Craft Mickey’s Halloween Candy Bowl

Next, you’ll have the chance to make Mickey’s Halloween Candy Bowl. Here are the ingredients for it:

5 x Clay
2 x Green Candy
2 x Purple Candy
2 x Red Candy.

DDV players can collect candies from their specific color buckets in the Plaza. To get Clay, you’ll need to dig in the Glade of Trust, Sunlit Plateau, or Forgotten Lands. Once you've collected everything, go to a crafting station and combine the materials to make Mickey’s Halloween Candy Bowl.

Complete Village Tasks

Finally, Dreamers need to complete five village duties during the Trick or Treat event. Here’s a quick breakdown of the tasks and how to get them done:

After completing these tasks, players will be rewarded with many different items like the Mickey Mouse Pumpkin, Happy Jack-O'-Lantern, Purple Trick-or-Treater's Bounty, Green Trick-or-Treater's Bounty, and a Pumpkin Stack.
