Completing the Maleficent's Gift quest in DDV will automatically trigger the Spinning Wheel quest. After talking with the villainess, you need to head to the second review floor, where a Magic Quill is waiting. Speak with it only to be denied access because you're not a supervisor.

Now, Dreamers need to answer questions like how many seats are in the waiting room and how many Magic Quills are currently on duty in Disney Dreamlight Valley to convince it. Here are the correct answers to the Magic Quill questions:

Once the Quill is convinced, take the wheel it offers and place it on the pedestal to solve a small puzzle. There are three wheels you need to use to unblock the conveyor and make the portal accessible in DDV. To quickly solve the puzzle, use the Royal Net on the three wheels in the following order:

Western Wheel → Middle Wheel → Eastern Wheel → Middle Wheel.

How To Solve The Puzzle And Get Maleficent's Second Anchor Moment In DDV - Disney Dreamlight Valley

You need to find a missing wheel and raise the Aurora and Spinning Wheel statue to solve the puzzle and get Maleficent's second anchor moment in Disney Dreamlight Valley. To find the wheel, clear the obstacles around the Aurora statue and enter the room behind it to find some platforms. Go around the area while destroying the rocks or teacups and water two wheels to change the height of some platforms, making them accessible.

Grab the wheel and place it on the Aurora statue, then use the Watering Can to raise it. Next, water the wheel behind the Spinning Wheel statue to raise it as well and unlock the door. Grab the second anchor moment and give it to Maleficent, completing The Spinning Wheel quest in DDV.
