How To Unlock The Forgotten In DDV - Disney Dreamlight Valley
To unlock The Forgotten in Disney Dreamlight Valley as a villager, you must complete the A Forgotten Name quest. Triggering the quest is a bit tricky, as there are currently no set requirements for it. It could trigger instantly or take from 30 minutes to an hour to appear in players' quest lists. If it's still not appearing, try completing any of the main story quests and The Forgotten's personal quests in DDV if you haven't already. The personal quests are The Magic in Everything, Acts of Care, and Poetic License.
Once A Forgotten Name quest in DDV is triggered, The Forgotten gives players a feather, then takes them to Skull Rock, where both remember old memories of when they used to play inside Skull Rock Island. Overwhelmed with emotions, The Forgotten confess they wish to have a proper name. Dreamers can choose to give them one of the three suggested names (Onyx, Jet, and Obsidian) or write a new custom name themselves. From now on, The Forgotten will start using the name you chose and will be known as such.
After choosing a proper name, The Forgotten are officially welcomed into Dreamlight Valley as a villager. You can now build up the friendship level, give them a role, hang out, and earn friendship rewards.
How To Enter Skull Rock Island In DDV - Disney Dreamlight Valley
Immediately after completing A Forgotten Name quest and welcoming The Forgotten as a character, you will trigger the Shadows on the Wall quest to enter Skull Rock Island in Disney Dreamlight Valley. The quest starts with The Forgotten revealing to players that the Skull Rock is now unlocked, and they can begin exploring. That's because both Dreamers and The Forgotten were full of happy thoughts that it broke the barrier and unlocked the entrance.
Skull Rock Island can be found southeast of The Dazzle Beach. It was available from the start but wasn't accessible until the Mysteries of Skull Rock update. Triggering the Shadows on the Wall quest, as well as other quest,s will allow you to meet a mischievous shadow inside and explore the Skull Rock more thoroughly.
