Sugar-Free Blueberry Muffin is a two-star dessert. So in order to make it, you’ll need to collect the following two ingredients.

Wheat
Blueberry.

How to Find the Ingredients for Sugar-Free Blueberry Muffin

Wheat

The first ingredient in the Sugar-Free Blueberry Muffin is wheat, which is one of the easiest ingredients to get in Disney Dreamlight Valley. On Eternity Isle, Dreamers can visit Goofy’s shop in The Docks, where a pouch of its seeds is available for one Star Coin. On the other hand, players who are in the main valley can purchase ready-to-use wheat from the stall in Peaceful Meadow for three Star Coins.

If you opt for its seeds, you will have to plant them using the Royal Shovel and then water them with your Watering Can. It will take one minute to grow.

Blueberry

To get blueberries, head to either the Dazzle Beach or Forest of Valor biome. Look for blueberry bushes and collect blueberries from them. Each time you harvest, you'll get three blueberries.

Once you have both the ingredients, you can go to Remy’s pantry or any cooking station and interact with the pot to create the Sugar-Free Blueberry Muffin. As usual, you will need a piece of coal to start cooking. If you’re low on coal, you can get it by smashing rocks in the valley. This two-star dessert has a relatively low selling value- 39 Star Coins, but it can restore a decent 677 energy.
