The Glittering Dunes in Disney Dreamlight Valley is a difficult place to live in thanks to its harsh weather. Gaston has spent a good chunk in the sand region after the Forgetting and is in dire need of players’ help.
Upon unlocking the narcissistic character from Beauty and the Beast, Dreamers must collect the correct ingredients and materials in Disney Dreamlight Valley to fix Gaston’s home and cook him a hearty meal. This will complete Gaston's first Friendship Quest, Center Of Attention.

How To Trigger Center Of Attention Quest In Disney Dreamlight Valley
To trigger the Center of Attention Friendship Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley, players must first unlock Gaston as a friend by completing the Diamond in the Rough Quest. Although The Wastes Biome will already be unlocked from a previous Quest, players still need to open The Grove or The Promenade as an item is required from one of these Biomes.
Once Gaston is Friendship level two, speak with him, and he’ll complain that he has nowhere to go. He used to have a lodge, but the Forgetting took everything from him. Go to the lodge in The Wastes Biome and speak with Gaston, only for him to tell players to clean the place. Use the Shovel to dig up Sand and the Royal Hourglass in Disney Dreamlight Valley to restore the portrait.
Next, Gaston sends players on an adventure to collect some Gems and give them to Scrooge McDuck in exchange for some furniture. The required Gems are:
- Alexandrite: The Wastes, The Oasis
- Jade: The Courtyard, The Overlook
- Spinel: The Promenade, The Grove
With all the materials in the Inventory, speak with Scrooge McDuck and offer him the Gems in Disney Dreamlight Valley. The businessman will be happy with the opportunity and send Dreamers on another journey to collect more materials for the lodge:
- Copper: Found anywhere on Eternity Isle by either removing Copper Rock Piles or by Mining Gems spots using the Pickaxe
- Oasis Glass: Use the Shovel to dig the ground anywhere in Glittering Dunes
- Tropical Wood: Tropical Wood is found lying on the ground in The Grasslands and may spawn in other Biomes within the Wild Tangle
After collecting everything, return to Gaston and give him the materials then interact with the Scrooge McDuck sign in front of the lodge to restore it.
How To Unlock Gaston's Stall In Disney Dreamlight Valley (Pork, Poultry, And Venison)
The process of unlocking Gaston’s Stall is quite simple. Upon receiving the Freezer of Infinite Meat manual from the Beauty and the Beast character, inspect it from the Inventory then head out to search for the missing Freezer Fragments.
Dreamers need to equip their Hourglass Tool and search the suggested Biomes in Wild Tangle. There are no set locations for the Fragments, so just keep searching for treasures until they appear. Once the previous step is done, interact with the Scrooge McDuck sign near the Stall to restore only the top shelf, which unlocks Pork, Poultry, and Venison.
Next, chat with Gaston who insists that players should cook him four 2-Stars meat-based meals to have a party in the lodge. Players may experiment with the new ingredients in Disney Dreamlight Valley if they wish. As for lazy Dreamers, here are a few easy recipes with simple ingredients:
