Disney Dreamlight Valley's paid expansion, A Rift in Time, added tons of new content to the game, including new characters and biomes. One of these characters is the arrogant and hypermasculine Gaston from Beauty and the Beast.

Where is the Cave of Wonders in Disney Dreamlight Valley?

To find the magical cave from Aladdin, you first need to join two pieces of the Scarab as Gaston requested. The Scarab will lead you to the Cave of Wonders, which is located in The Wastes, an area in the Glittering Dunes biome of the Eternity Isle. Once you reach the Wastes, head to its northwestern region, where the cave will magically emerge from the sand.

How to Solve Puzzles in the Cave of Wonders

Open the First Door

Gaston can only accompany you so far, and your journey through the cave is going to be mostly solo. Jafar will help you solve the puzzles through the hologram machine in the cave.

The first puzzle you will encounter inside the cave will require you to power the lever that opens the door. The chamber is ridden with Splinters of Fate, which you need to clear to move forward. Pick up the power coil from the floor and insert it into its slot.

Activate the Light Interrupter

In the next chamber, you will find two rooms. Go to the one on the left, and pick up the Ancient Mirror from the floor. Pick up the mirror and put it in the empty slot on the wall. Now push down both levers to activate lasers.

Next, go to the room on the right where you'll find two power coils: one charged and one empty. Your task is to transfer energy from the charged coil to the empty one by rotating the circular tiles on the floor to complete the circuit. Follow these steps:

Turn the bottom left tile once.
Turn the top left tile twice.
Turn the central tile once.
Turn the top right tile three times.
Turn the bottom right tile twice.

Once the circuit is complete, all the lines will turn blue, and your coil will be charged. Pick up the coil, go back to the central room, and place it in the slot. Once the door opens, explore the cave, collect the Jewel of Time, and leave the cave.
