Like other fish in Disney Dreamlight Valley, fish in The Storybook Vale only spawn in particular locations. Depending on what type of fish or seafood you are looking for, you'll also need to change how you get them, whether fishing in or outside colored ripples or looking elsewhere.

Of course, it's also possible to catch other items while fishing, such as Salt Crystals, Sea Grapes, and even fish common to the Disney Dreamlight Valley base game, such as Tuna. However, the most profitable fish added in The Storybook Vale expansion are Stygian Mudskipper and Lamprey fish worth 1,500 Gold Star Coins each.
