After the Grand Opening in Discounty, Tellar will ask players to meet her after work, and she will ask them if they can strike three trade deals with local merchants. Gamers will have to meet up with Karl at the large tree at the edge of town and try to do business. However, they will find him in distress as he cannot access his home due to the roadblock, and consequently, his sheep have escaped.

Once players have gathered the eight sheep, they must head to the park where a cutscene will ensue. The following day, the tree will be removed, and they can head to the northern part of the map to do business with Karl.
