Lucemon is arguably one of the most powerful Digimon players can get in Digimon Story: Time Stranger, and if players pay attention and choose the right Partner, they will be able to access this powerful evolution line early on. Lucemon is a Rookie Digimon, with stats that rival and in some cases overpower Ultimate Stage Digimons, so it's absolutely worth grabbing it early and training it until it becomes eligible to evolve into Lucemon Fall Down mode.

Lucemon Fall Down later becomes Lucemon Satan Mode, which has a powerful Burst Mode, making it a considerable force to have as an ally in the late game. Lucemon, in his Rookie stage, holds the Light Elemental Type, and can also learn lots of Elemental-type skills like Water, Fire, Wind, Metal, and Lightning. It's a powerful Digimon through and through, and with this guide, players will learn how to acquire this powerful Ally for their team.

How To Get Lucemon in Digimon Story: Time Stranger

Digimon Story Time Stranger Lucemon

To get Lucemon in Digimon Story: Time Stranger, players need to reach Agent Level 5 (which happens around mid-game) and then, de-evolve their Patamon Partners, or evolve a Poyomon into Tokomon. Once they got a Tokomon, they need to augment their Talent Potential to 30, and raise its level or train it until it reaches 430 Intelligence or superior. The latter can be done so by training or using INT Chips, and Talent can be augmented by either Loading Enhancement using other Digimon as material, or using a Talent Awakening Chip. If done correctly, a new Evolution line will appear in black at the bottom of the Tokomon line and will be detailed as follows:

How To Get Lucemon in Digimon Story Time Stranger
  • Agent Rank 5 or Higher
  • 430 INT or greater
  • 30 Talent or greater

Following this evolution line will turn Tokomon into Lucemon, a Rookie Digimon with the potential of an Ultimate one, who later evolves into Lucemon Fall Down when players reach Agent Rank 7, with 920 Max SP or Greater, and 1820 INT or Greater. The Stat prerequisites are easy to get, since Lucemon far exceeds in Stats what a regular Digimon has. The problem is reaching Agent Rank 7, which doesn't happen until later in the game.

Needless to say, in the meantime, players can enjoy having one of the most powerful Vaccine-Attribute Light-type Digimon in their teams. Lucemon is as powerful as it is versatile, and with the correct Personality, it can reach even higher levels of attack power or become one of the best supports in the game. Lucemon can learn almost every Skill Disc in Digimon Story: Time Stranger, including the area Support Field Skills, Aura (global healing), and Debuff-type Skills.

Plus, its Follow-up Extra Attack, when timed correctly, causes random Status Effects on all Enemy Digimon with an accuracy of 70%, which is absolutely broken. From Poison to Injury, and Elemental-type attacks like Wolkenapalm, Frozen Bullet, and Holly Light, Lucemon excels at dealing Magical Damage, so build it Maximizing INT, SPI, and SP. Since Lucemon also has two Equipment Slots, make sure to add Vigor Attachments to him, since he has low defensive capabilities.
