Invincible, one of the rarest mounts in World of Warcraft history, is now available in the Diablo 4 cash shop. Players may have had no luck getting it to drop in WoW, but now they can equip their Diablo 4 mounts with an aspect, armor, and two trophies inspired by the Lich King and his terrible steed.

Diablo 4 recently began the Season of Blood, its second batch of post-launch seasonal content. This vampiric update introduces new bosses, abilities, and quality-of-life changes to the game, including drastically-increased experience gains.

A new season of Diablo 4 also means a new set of cosmetics on the cash shop, but one bundle is full of items World of Warcraft players might recognize. Invincible Aspect is a new mount skin players can get that transforms their horse into the dread steed of the Lich King, complete with frosty glowing eyes and mist. The Bard of Undying Loyalty outfits their mount with Invincible’s iconic armor, and the Domination Helm and Echo of Frostmourne are two Lich King-themed mount trophies. These four cosmetics can be purchased together for 2500 platinum, or separately for 600 each.

Were these cosmetics not incredible enough on their own, the Invincible Aspect has another special feature. While equipped with this mount skin, a Diablo 4 mount gets a unique charge animation where the skull of Sindragosa, the imperious undead dragon and servant of the Lich King, briefly appears around the horse. Diablo 4 content creator Towelliee showed off this awesome animation during a recent stream on Twitch at the 6:30:00 mark.

Invincible is a legendary mount coveted by many World of Warcraft players. With a drop rate of around 1%, Invincible is one of the rarest mounts in the game, with some players farming the Lich King for years across multiple alts to no avail. While they may be out of luck for easy options in World of Warcraft, at least Diablo 4 players can finally get this mount for just under $25.

Wrath of the Lich King Classic recently launched Fall of the Lich King, the update that added the Icecrown Citadel raid which drops the Invincible mount. Players downed the legendary Lich King in less than two hours of the patch’s launch, meaning Invincible has appeared in World of Warcraft Classic as well as Diablo 4. Hopefully, Diablo 4 players will have as much luck confronting the uber endgame bosses that await them in the Season of Blood.

Diablo 4 is now available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
