Diablo 4: Best Classes And Builds For The Vessel Of Hatred Expansion
With the release of Vessel of Hatred, Diablo 4's classes have each gotten a rework, which has significantly shifted the meta of endgame builds.
In a Reddit post, user Kilyrka shared that they spotted a bug that incorrectly showed Mother's Memory, an in-game cosmetic bundle for the Spiritborn class, available at a 100% discount for those who own Vessel of Hatred. Tempted by the offer, they purchased the highly rated Diablo 4 DLC, only to find out that the offer now appeared to be only a 40% discount instead. Kilyrka also shared screenshots of the encountered bug, which showed that the skin bundle was erroneously priced at "-1." Talking about this experience, they stated that they "felt pretty scammed." However, the post also revealed that the loss was undone, as they got a refund after reporting the bug to the game's support team.
Diablo 4 Pricing Bug Incident Adds to Its Recent Issues
The latest pricing bug incident gives a glimpse of the issues Diablo 4 players have been dealing with as of late. Since the launch of Season 7 on January 21, 2025, certain users have complained about frequent crashes and other upsetting issues. Addressing one of the major problems, Blizzard recently turned off the Decay Augmentation in the game, following reports of the new ability inflicting an unusually high amount of damage. Based on this reaction, it seems logical to expect the American developer to be busy taking care of other areas of concern in the immediate future.
Meanwhile, the Diablo 4 team recently bid farewell to its lead class designer, who had spent over 15 years at the studio. With such a key departure taking place, it will now be interesting to see how or if the dungeon crawler is impacted, especially when it comes to the game's class system.
