Dungeons in Diablo 4 are great ways to earn Renown and level up your character early into a playthrough. Once you reach the endgame content, some Dungeons will earn Grim Favors and help you get rewards from the Tree Of Whispers.
Dungeons can also be turned into Nightmare Dungeons, which happens to random dungeons once you use the item. To properly farm Nightmare Dungeons, it's important to know where every dungeon is, as you have a limited time to find and complete the dungeon. One dungeon that doesn't appear on the map right away is Sepulcher Of The Forsworn; here's where to find it.

Where To Find Sepulcher Of The Forsworn In Diablo 4
The Sepulcher Of The Forsworn dungeon is found in the Altar Of Ruin region of Kehjistan. The Altar of Ruin is a Stronghold that players will first need to complete to make the entrance of the dungeon appear. The Altar Of Ruin is easily found by starting at the Iron Wolves Encampment and heading northeast to reach the stronghold which will already be marked on your map. This Stronghold does have a minimum level of 45 and will scale to your level if you attempt it at a higher level.
Clearing The Altar Of Ruin
The Altar Of Ruin is a simple stronghold that can be finished in about five minutes. The entire area is a circle, with you entering the stronghold to the left and traveling around back to where you entered but from the other side, defeating three bosses on the way. Once you've defeated the bosses and they dropped their keystones, use them on the northern door to open the way to the boss, Dark Cardinal Maldul.
After he has been defeated, the Wanderer's Shrine will be marked on your map and can be used to free the stronghold. Now the northern end of the boss room will be the entrance to the Sepulcher Of The Forsworn dungeon.
Using the Wanderer's Shrine will also unlock the waypoint to the stronghold letting you travel back to reach the dungeon easier.
What Makes Sepulcher Of The Forsworn Special
Aside from being a potential Nightmare Dungeon, Sepulcher Of The Forsworn is a useful dungeon to farm on World Tier 4 due to the boss density inside. The first section will have players face multiple mini-bosses before proceeding to the second section then the final boss, and on World Tier 4, they will often drop Ancestral gear that is well worth grinding for.
