Blizzard has dated the next Diablo 4 Campfire Chat for November 30 at 11AM PST, which will inform players about the new endgame dungeon, as well as the game's first ever limited time event. Diablo 4 launched in June to high praise from critics and fans, and has gone on to become nominated at The Game Awards 2023 for Best Multiplayer Game and Innovation in Accessibility.

Sentiment surrounding Diablo 4 has cooled off considerably since its red-hot June launch, as many players have voiced their displeasure over a lack of new things to do during the first two seasons. Diablo 4 is currently in its second season, named Season of Blood, which will roll on until January 24. Luckily, Diablo 4 has already announced its first expansion titled Vessel of Hatred, expected to drop in late 2024.

Until then, it's clear that the Diablo team has some work to do to win back lapsed players, and its upcoming Campfire Chat will seek to provide some short-term answers. Blizzard has revealed that the next Diablo 4 Campfire Chat is going live on November 30 and will cover info regarding the Abattoir of Zir endgame dungeon, which has previously been confirmed to have a six-week window beginning on December 5. Additionally, Blizzard will be uncovering more details about Diablo 4's first ever limited-time event, Midwinter Blight.

When Is The Next Diablo 4 Campfire Chat?

It's been confirmed that Midwinter Blight will begin on December 12 and will run through January 2. Fittingly, the limited event takes place in Kyovashad, Diablo 4's snowy area, which also serves as the beginning region of the game's story. It's great that Diablo 4 has some smaller events starting up, but once they end, the game may very well find itself in the same position again. It's possible that only a new season or the Vessel of Hatred expansion will be able to get Diablo 4 back on track. Until then, these limited events may only serve as bandage solutions, seeing that they only last a few weeks.

With a new endgame dungeon in Abattoir of Zir and an enticing winter-themed event in Midwinter Blight, it seems Diablo 4 has fans taken care of with new things to do in Sanctuary, at least through the beginning of January. As for when fans might learn more about Season 3, it's entirely possible that it may be revealed at the upcoming Game Awards on December 7, as Season of Blood will enter its final stretch in January, but this is merely speculation.
