Diablo 4 has revealed three new Mythic Unique items that will be available for testing starting September 4. The news came in the latest Campfire Chat broadcast, in which the Diablo 4 devs revealed the return of the Public Test Realm from September 4-11, allowing players to test the content that will be available with the new season and the Vessel of Hatred expansion.

Formerly known as Uber Uniques, Mythic Uniques are known for their ability to impact players' builds significantly. There are currently eight Mythic Uniques in Diablo 4; the popular Harlequin Crest helmet, the ‍Andariel's Visage helmet, the ‍Ahavarion, Spear of Lycander staff, the ‍Doombringer sword, the Melted Heart of Selig amulet, the Ring of Starless Skies ring, and The Grandfather sword. With the arrival of the PTR, Diablo 4 players will see the addition of new items, expanding the possibilities of builds and strategies.

Blizzard has revealed three new Mythic Unique items that will be available for testing on the Diablo 4 PTR 2.0 starting September 4. Heir of Perdition will be a Mythic Unique helm whose power will allow players to increase their damage by up to 60% when gaining Mother's Favor after succumbing to hatred. The new Mythic Unique chest armor will be Shroud of False Death, whose power will give stealth and 40% movement speed if the player hasn't attacked in the last two seconds. With the Mythic Unique polearm Shattered Vow, players will have the power to execute enemies affected by more damage over time than their remaining life.

In addition to the impressive powers that each new Mythic Unique item possesses, they have noteworthy inherent affixes, with the Heir of Perdition increasing the damage dealt to angels and demons by 200%. Shroud of False Death adds +1 to all passives of Diablo 4 players, and Shattered Vow helps players deal an impressive 400% additional damage when attacking healthy enemies.

The new Mythic Unique items will arrive at a time of more changes to the itemization of Blizzard's ARPG. With the release of PTR 2.0, Diablo 4 will fix a bug that prevented Mythic Uniques from dropping for low-level players. Another major change will be the introduction of Runewords, giving players another way to get the coveted Mythic Unique items through this new system. In this way, Blizzard continues to work to improve the odds of players obtaining these powerful items, making the experience with Diablo 4 even more engaging.
