For them, it “doesn't make sense” for a level 100 character to get 925 power items “anywhere” in World Tier 4, except in “the one activity where the player is supposed to farm items that define the build.” According to them, it would be a good opportunity to make this change in the fifth season of Diablo 4, which will focus on reworking the Uniques.
